Rekrutmen Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat Proyek SOPHI & InPLUS Tahun 2025

Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia (Kemenkes RI) adalah kementerian dalam Pemerintah Indonesia yang membidangi urusan kesehatan. Kementerian Kesehatan berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab kepada Presiden. Kementerian Kesehatan dipimpin oleh seorang Menteri Kesehatan (Menkes) yang sejak 27 Oktober 2014 dijabat oleh Nila Moeloek.

Proyek SOPHI dan ImPULSE adalah proyek-proyek dari Direktorat Jenderal Kesehatan Masyarakat (Ditjenkesmas). Ditjenkesmas adalah unit kerja eselon satu yang menjalankan sebagian tugas pokok dan fungsi dari Kementerian Kesehatan.

1. Planning Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Public Health/Medical Specialist/Doctorate (PhD) with at least a Master’s degree in a health-related field
Min of 3 (three) years of experience in finance and/or planning.
Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
Preferably with experience in public health laboratory facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
Preferably with experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations in the field of planning and/or finance.
Preferably with experience in preparing readiness criteria and other required documents for foreign loan projects.
Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

2. Procurement Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.
Min of 2 (two) years of experience in procurement.
Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
Preferably with experience in public health laboratory facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
Must have a certification in goods and services procurement (Government Procurement or international).
Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

3. Finance Coordinator InPULS

Requirements:

Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Economic/Accounting/ Management or other relevant fields.
Min of 3 (three) years of experience in finance/planning.
Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
Preferably with experience working in government/private/NGO/international institutions.
Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
Preferably a certification in Finance.

4. Procurement Assistant InPULS

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.
Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in procurement.
Preferred experience with foreign grants/loans in the health sector is highly desirable.
Preferred experience in public health laboratory infrastructure, facilities, and equipment.
Experience working with government institutions, private sector, NGOs, or international organizations is preferred.
Have a procurement certification (domestic and/or international) is an advantage.
Proficiency in using computers, especially Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written)

5. Planning Assistant SOPHI

Requirements:

Min Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health or Natural Sciences (MIPA).
Min 1 (one) year of experience in planning and/or finance.
Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
Preferably with experience in preparing readiness criteria and/or other foreign loan-related documents.
Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).

6. Procurement Assistant SOPHI

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major, preferably with an academic background in law.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting/Economics/Banking/ Management or other relevant fields.
Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in finance.
Preferably with experience in managing international grants/loans, particularly in the health sector.
Preferably with experience working with government/private/NGO/international institutions.
Preferably a certification in Finance (Brevet A/B/C)
Proficient in computer operations (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
