Main Duties & Responsibilities

Define the Partnership positioning within Games & Carrier Billing Payments , seek requirements from stakeholdres and look for potential partners
Manage and maintain the day-to-day inquiries partnership functions such as collaboration in product, marketing, brand, IT, network and delivery channels
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Develop plans and execute functional strategies for many type of partnerships coordination and integration across multiple units, as well as provide input into strategic decisions affecting customer acquisition and marketing initiatives.
Daily monitoring of business performance thru partnership collaboration and utilizing dashboard, identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences.
Track customer experiences and behaviors via metrics across online and offline channels, devices and touchpoints
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities in order to identify potential opportunities for new partnerships

Job Qualifications

Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Communications and/or equivalent
Minimum 5 years-experience in business & partnership management, marketing or relevant experience delivering partnership collaboration
Data driven individual, with expert proficiency in MS office (excel, powerpoint)
Experience in writing and developing business case, pitch decks, project monitoring and case studies.
Able to proactively work with multiple departments of the company and drive results and accomplish goals
Good communication skills, fluent in English both spoken and written.
Collaboration and problem-solving skills is a mandatory
