MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM
We are currently seeking ambitious individuals to join our Management Trainee program for our Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) Department as well as our Information Technology (IT) Department This program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your career and gain hands-on experience in these critical areas of our organization, PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk.
1. Finance, Accounting and Tax (FAT) Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in finance, accounting, and tax
Rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our organization
Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn best practices in financial analysis, reporting, and tax compliance
Contribute to projects and initiatives to develop your problem-solving and leadership abilities
Assist in the implementation of financial strategies and processes to drive business growth
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in accounting is required
Maximum of 2 years of working experience
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Excellent analytical thinking and interpersonal skills
Willingness to be placed in either Karawang or Jakarta
2. Information Technology (IT) Trainee
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills in system development, programming, and system analysis
Collaborate with experienced professionals to learn best practices in IT project management
Assist in the development and implementation of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
Contribute to problem-solving and troubleshooting efforts to resolve technical issues
Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the IT field
Willing to participate in the one-year MT Program
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in programming or IT-related field (preferably in IT/Computer Science/lnformation Systems)
Maximum of 2 years of working experience

Strong knowledge and skills in system development, programming, and system analysis
Proficient in project management concepts and methodologies
