PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (Perseroan) didirikan pada tanggal 9 Mei tahun 1990 dengan nama PT Trimulya Securindolestari berdasarkan Akta No. 64 tanggal 9 Mei 1990, yang kemudian berubah menjadi PT Trimegah Securindolestari pada tanggal 28 Mei 1990 berdasarkan Akta No. 227 tanggal 28 Mei 1990. Kedua akta tersebut dibuat di hadapan Rachmat Santoso, S.H., Notaris di Jakarta, dan telah diumumkan dalam Berita Negara Republik Indonesia No. 80 tanggal 5 Oktober 1990, Tambahan No. 3832. Perseroan memperoleh izin usaha sebagai Perantara Pedagang Efek dan Penjamin Emisi Efek dari Bapepam & LK (kini Otoritas Jasa Keuangan) pada tahun 1992 dan 1993.

Over several months, participants will experience a blend of hands-on training, business simulations, and real-world rotations across key investment functions. Supported by mentorship from industry professionals and guided by structured performance reviews, you’ll develop financial acumen, advisory confidence, and strategic thinking. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to become a Business Partner; a trusted financial advisor who leads with integrity, insight, and impact.
Business Partner Trainee is a fast-track program to develop future client advisors for Trimegah’s retail business. Across guided rotations, trainees learn how markets work, practice advisory conversations, and support real client activation and portfolio building. The journey blends classroom onboarding, on-the-job learning, mentoring, and regular performance check-ins, leading to a clear pathway into a full-time Business Partner role for strong performers.
We Are Looking For:
25 or below (Bachelor’s) / 28 or below (Master’s), with less than 2 years of work experience.
From any major or university. what matters most is curiosity, drive to learn, and passion for
growth.
