PT Televisi Transformasi Indonesia (TRANS TV) adalah stasiun televisi swasta di bawah naungan TRANS CORP dan dimiliki oleh CT CORP yang mengudara secara nasional di Indonesia. 1. Account Executive

We are looking for a highly driven Account Executive to join our Sales Department. You will act as a liaison between our sales team and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction. As an Account Executive, you should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients* needs and facilitate the sale process from beginning to the end. Ultimately, you should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

Job Requirements

Min. bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
Min. 1 year of working experience in Sales & Marketing field (Fresh Graduated ar welcome to apply).
Experienced in handle Government/ BUMN/ Banking, Finance & Mining/ Brand Client would be a plus point.
Interested in sales field.
Fine with high mobilization.
Attractive personality, honest, and able to work under pressure.
Have good communication and negotiation skills.

2. HC Mobile Platform Management

1. Technical Skills

Pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun dalam pengembangan aplikasi menggunakan React Native.
Mahir dalam JavaScript (ES6+), dan memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang TypeScript.
Pengalaman dalam menggunakan state management tools seperti Redux, Context API, atau MobX.
Familiar dengan RESTful APIs dan integrasi ke backend.
Pengalaman menggunakan alat seperti Expo, React Navigation, dan Axios.
Pengalaman debugging dan performance optimization untuk mobile apps.
Memahami siklus hidup aplikasi mobile di Android dan iOS.
Pengalaman menggunakan Git dan version control workflow (Git Flow).

2. Nice to Have

Pengalaman dengan native modules (Java/Kotlin untuk Android, Swift/Objective-C untuk iOS).
Pengalaman dengan CI/CD tools (misal: Fastlane, Bitrise).
Memahami prinsip-prinsip clean architecture dan unit testing.
Pernah merilis aplikasi ke App Store atau Google Play Store.
Familiar dengan tools seperti Firebase, Sentry, dan lainnya.

3. Soft Skills

3. Production Assistant (PA)

Production Assistant (PA) assists with all aspects of production, from pre-production to post-production, ensuring the smooth operation of a project. They support the production team by handling tasks ranging from logistical support to administrative duties, often working closely with the director, producer, and other key personnel.

Pre-production:

Brainstorming and planning with the production team.
Researching locations and securing permits.
Assisting with budgeting and scheduling.

Production (Filming/Shooting):

Setting up the set, including props, lighting, and camera equipment.
Distributing scripts and call sheets.
Managing crowd control and ensuring the safety of the crew and talent.
Running errands and delivering messages.

Post-production:

Assisting with editing, often preparing rough cuts.
Organizing and archiving footage.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in video production or media services, ideally in a broadcast environment. Fresh graduates with strong interest in media production are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, etc.).
Hands-on experience with video shooting and camera equipment.
