PT Tanjung Power Indonesia (Adaro Group)

PT Tanjung Power Indonesia merupakan perusahaan konsorsium yang dimiliki AP (65%) dan PT East-West Power Indonesia (35%), yang merupakan anak perusahaan Korea East-West Power Co Ltd., untuk membangun dan mengoperasikan PLTU 2×100 MW di kabupaten Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan, dan menjual listrik ke PLN di bawah perjanjian jual beli listrik untuk jangka waktu 25 tahun dari COD. Biaya proyek diperkirakan mencapai AS$545 juta dan TPI mencapai pemenuhan pembiayaan (fiancial close) pada bulan Januari 2017 dengan menerima komitmen AS$422 juta (termasuk fasilitas kontinjensi sebesar AS$13 juta). Proyek ini dibiayai dengan skema pembiayaan proyek dengan jaminan komprehensif dari Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-SURE) sebesar sekitar AS$400 juta.

TPI memulai konstruksi pada bulan Juni 2016, enam bulan sebelum mencapai pemenuhan pembiayaan, dengan menggunakan dana pemegang saham sendiri, yang membuktikan komitmen mereka yang tinggi terhadap proyek ini maupun terhadap program elektrifiasi pemerintah. Pemerintah RI, melalui Kementerian Keuangan, kemudian mengeluarkan jaminan pemerintah untuk proyek ini dalam bentuk Surat Jaminan Kelayakan Usaha, dimana pemerintah menjamin kemampuan PLN untuk memenuhi kewajiban pembayarannya sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam perjanjian jual beli listrik.

1. HR Staff

Responsible to conduct the operational Human Resources (HR) activities to ensure the Human Resources Activities are conducted by applicable regulations, policy, and SOP.

Conduct compensation and benefit preparation activities for employees on site in accordance with the prevailing company and government laws and regulations relating to human resources to ensure all employees rights are managed well to support the company’s operations.
Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare expatriate permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the related government institution
Conduct the payroll preparation activities and other employee services in order to the process are done in timely manner in accordance with applicable company policy and regulations.
Organize employee development programs (training, certification, competency, and assessment) in according to needs, budgets and applicable regulations.
Conduct monitoring of employee data in HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
Implement Employee events in accordance with the plan in order to create a conducive and productive work environment and improve the employee engagement.
Conduct administrative of leave, overtime, transfer processes, daily attendance, medical reimbursement (in-patient and out-patient), Job Goal, Performance Evaluation, employee transportation leave, mobilization, and other in accordance with company regulations to be recorded and documented.
Support recruitment & selection administrative activities in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations and Site requirements.
Support to prepare the Manpower Planning (MPP), Job Descriptions, and Job Evaluation to fulfill the organization requirement.
Prepared HR report in monthly, quarterly, semesterly, annually in accordance with Company, lender, and government standard.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate majoring in any major with min GPA 3.00
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HR Staff
Broad experience and proven skills in recruitment and training will be advantage
Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non-roster based)

2. Maintenance Mechnical Technician

Responsible to conduct the maintenance on STG & BOP equipment of the power plant based on working procedures to support the achievement of company objective in accordance with compliance to K3LH regulation, Company Policy, procedure and standard.

Conduct maintenace STG & BOP equipment according to yearly plan in preventive and corrective maintenance mechanical with the aspects of compliance related standards.
To make a daily, weekly, and monthly checking report

Requirements

Minimum Technical Senior High School (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience as related position, preferably in the power plant industry
Broad experience and proven skills in coal-fired power plant operation & maintenance will be an advantage.
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be based in Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan (non roster)

3. Field Operator

Responsible to perform the operational activities on specified area to ensure the quantity and quality which produced fulfilled the plant requirements in accordance with the standards to support the Power Plant operations.

To operate, control, and analyze some specified tools to ensure the operations runs normal and safe in accordance with procedure and settled up standard.
To perform periodically inspections on some specified tools
To perform follow up actions in accordance with Control room Operator Daily Report/ Log Sheet and Superior direction to support the continuity of Power Plant operational activity.
To report the abnormality and damage on specified tools to Shift Supervisor to be followed up to maintenance and repair to support the continuity of plant operation.

Requirements

Minimum Technical Senior High School graduate majoring in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Maximum 3 years of experience in related position from coal fired power plant
Good communication skill
Good command in English both verbal and written
Willing to be located at Tanjung – Tabalong, South Kalimantan

4. WTP & WWTP Operator

Responsible to perform the operational activities on water treatment operations to ensure the quantity and quality which produced fulfilled the plant requirements in accordance with the standards at field.

To operate, control, and analyze the water quality and monitoring WTP & WWTP to ensure the operations runs normal and safe in accordance with procedure and settled up standard at field.
To perform periodically inspections on WTP & WWTP to ensure chemical handling runs normal and to record operational parameter as well as chemical usage at field.
To perform follow up actions in accordance with Field Operator Daily Report/ Log Sheet and Superior direction to support the continuity of Power Plant operational activity.
To report the abnormality and damage on WTP & WWT to Control Room Operator or Shift Supervisor to ensure the follow up action is done in timely manner.
