1. Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in Accounting
General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required, with 5-7 years FP&A leadership experience in multinational and FMCG company
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture

2. Internal Control & Audit Manager

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy, or Finance
Strong knowledge of standards, procedures, and general auditing policies
Must have advanced SOX compliance experience and be knowledgeable with the following financial cycles: Record to Report, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire, Procure to Pay
Comprehension of internal auditing standards, Sarbanes-Oxley, COSO and risk-assessment practices.
5+ years of experience in SOX/internal audit preferred, of which at least 3 years of SOX experience required
Strong ability to supervise and train employees, including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling of work assignments
Effective and explicit communication skills in both oral and written forms
Ability to analyze and solve problems relating to auditing and related disciplines
Strong knowledge in the area of financial record keeping procedures, laws, and regulations
Computer skills: possess knowledge of Microsoft Suites, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and also proficiency in the use of audit and accounting software
Strong organizational skills, which relates to the prioritizing of workloads and showing a great level of resilience and calmness even when under pressure
Demonstrate a high level of integrity to be able to adhere to regulations and its total compliance
Strong ability to take initiatives and make sound decisions.

3. Distributor Operations Manager

Essential Requirements:

At least 7 Years of experience in Sales and/or Distribution Management with Top Tier Consumer Goods (CPG)
Strong skills in leadership, collaboration, influencing, analysis and communication
Ability to thrive & be agile in ambiguous and unstructured environments.
Fluency and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa

4. Route Planning Manager

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree of any major
At least 8 years of experience in the related field, preferably from a multinational FMCG background, with min 3 years managerial position
Intermediate in Microsoft Office, esp excel & PPT. Power BI is an advantage
Extensive knowledge on Route to Market model, Coverage Management, Sales Operations, and Route Planning Software
Fluent in English both written and communication
Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)

5. Commercial Finance Manager (Contract)

Requirements :

Revenue management experience preferred in the consumer goods industry
Minimum 5 to 7+ years of relevant experience
Team player, able to work independently, with minimal supervision
Ability to work effectively towards multiple deadlines/tasks
Excellent analytical / problem solving skills /advanced analytical skills
Knowledge of pricing tools and systems
Excellent time managements skills, sense of urgency, able to prioritize
Ability and desire to influence / drive change
Ability to work with all levels of the organization and communicate effectively
Enthusiastic, resilient and able to manage pressured situations
Fluent in English a must

6. R&D Cost Improvement Leader

Requirement

Bachelor’s degree, especially in Engineering (Chemical or Industrial)
Minimum having 2 years of work experience
Great communication and presenting skills
Good in English
Great Ingenuity and Creativity
Great Analytical and Understanding skills
Great in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms.Powerpoint
Willing to work WFO placement at Karawang

7. Communications Supervisor

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Marketing or other related fields.
Minimum 3 years experience in Communications – strongly preferred from a PR agency, start-up or FMCG.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both written and verbal (English and Indonesia).
Have a strong understanding and experience of multimediavisual storytelling, and modern communications platforms/channel (zoom, power point).
Experience in managing and executing events, both internal and external.
Ability to work independently
Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

8. Accounting Supervisor

Requirements:

Have good knowledge in Finance and Accounting, System Accounting is an advantage
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting Field
Proficient English writing and speaking skills
Accurate, diligent, responsible, and good initiative
Able to work independently as well as working on a team
Have negotiation skill and the ability to develop strong working relationship
Advanced knowledge of MS Office with emphasis on Excel
Possess general all-rounded accounting skills with an analytical experience
Have experience in Public Accounting Firm are preferable

9. Account Payable Staff

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimal having internship or work experiences in similar company as AP.
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
Advanced abilities with Excel.
Able to handle supervisory responsibility if necessary.
Understanding of payments, accounting, and budgeting.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera – Tangerang.
