1. Engineering Process Staff

Job Description :

Implementing improvements and development in the production process to support the achievement of production targets
Corrective Maintenance
Preventive Maintenance
Utility

Requirements :

Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical/ Electro Engineering
Min. 1 year of experience working as a Engineering Process or a similar field. Freshgraduate are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity using IOT, microcontroller & PLC
Good knowledge about basic Electrical/ Conventional
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Willing to be placed in Bitung, Tangerang

2. Internal Audit Section Head

Job Description :

Develop and implement internal auditing policies, procedures and programs
Organize, supervise and deliver assigned scope areas of the audit from Planning, Fieldwork and Reporting
Evaluate and test the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management and governance processes by supporting management in delivering the annual audit plan
Monitor, review and ensure regulations and sector rules are still being met and best practices are being followed
Identify, recommend and support operational improvement of Internal Audit’s own processes and tools

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Have a minimum 5 years of audit experience (internal/external audit), preferably in manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of financial and management accounting, audit procedures, audit regulations (OJK), GRC (Governance, Risk Management and Compliance), quality & control, and ethics & fraud
Have a Brevet A & B license
Strong analytical thinking, leadership and project management skills
Proficient in Ms. Excel and English, Mandarin would be a huge plus

3. Internal Audit Staff

Job Description :

Conduct an internal audit procedure to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives
Prepare reports of audit findings
To ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported to the manager

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with Minimum GPA 3.00
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Have a Brevet A & B license (Is a Must)
Good knowledge of accounting principles, audit process and financial reports

4. IT Infrastructure & Security

Job Description :

Contribute to and support the day-to-day operations of the overall IT infrastructure & security including network set-ups, hardware/software installation, servers, data recovery, internal applications and security systems.
Manage and handle updates, upgrades, and other maintenance tasks in both hardware and software areas.
Identify trends, patterns and issues during daily incident management and provide management with the necessary report whilst suggesting improvements to processes.

Requirements :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma’s Degree (D3) in Computer Science/Information Technology or any related major
Have 3-5 years of working experience in IT Infrastructure & Security field
Solid understanding of IT Hardware & Software, Network, Storage and Security management
Good knowledge of various security systems for databases, software, applications, servers and devices including antivirus and firewall
Familarity with MikroTik & Cisco products would be highly preferred

5. PPIC Manager

Key Responsibillies:

Production Planning:

Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts.
Coordinate with sales and marketing to align production with market needs.
Adjust production plans as necessary to respond to changes in demand or supply constraints.

Inventory Control:

Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
Implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess stock and reduce carrying costs.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze production and inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Prepare reports on inventory status, production efficiency, and capacity utilization for management review.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor the PPIC team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between production, supply chain, and quality assurance teams.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize ERP systems to optimize production planning and inventory management.

Supplier Coordination:

Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Negotiate lead times and delivery schedules as necessary.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in production planning and inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in managing a team is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.

6. Production Manager

Job Description :

Responsible for creating, Evaluate controlling, and improving work plans and take corrective actions to achieve production targets.
Coordinate between internal teams to achieve common targets.
Control the quality of the produced products.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering.
At least 4-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Production of Automotive Component/Heavy
Equipment Production/Heavy Equipment Component/Dump Truck Production.
Understanding of creating short-term and long-term production work plans.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and others).
Strong managerial skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Responsible, with good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Strong desire to achieve targets.
Willing to be placed in Curug, Tangerang – Banten.

7. Salesman

Requirement:

At least Senior High School (SLTA) in any major.
At least 1 year of sales experience in the automotive industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills and effective time management.

Willingness to be stationed in Surabaya.
