1. DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST
Job Responsibility :
Responsible to manage Kalbe Consumer Health’s digital assets
Create smart planner in digital strategy, execute all initiatives, and achieve your KPI
Create, maintain, evaluate the strategy and customer experience from across multiple channel
Identify what’s the trends, formulate the insight and optimizing the brand performance based on the insight.
Collaborating with internal, agencies, and other partners.
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to operate Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Trends, etc.
Familiar with Social Media and Community
Capability to work cross-functionally across the department

2. BRAND EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibility :
Prepare and create marketing plans for the product
Implement marketing activities in accordance with the strategy set for the product
Maintain and develop a product brand image which is handled through research and promotional activities
Coordinating the manufacture of promotional items in collaboration with agencies, which are used for promotional activities in the field.
Responsible for consumer complaints against products that are his responsibility.
Make plans regarding estimated sales to distributors (ROFO)
Coordination with Sales Department
Collaborate with advertising and media agencies to produce a marketing strategy implementation
Monitoring of running programs
Requirement :
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines
Minimum GPA 3.00
Have a minimum 1 year experience in brand management

3. DIGITAL BUSINESS ANALYST
Job Responsibility :
To manage all projects related to the assigned area. It includes supporting the maintenance of the system
Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery and
re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
Identifying opportunities to improve current processes
Act as Co-Project Manager to ensure project delivered as targeted timeline
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent
Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
Have knowledge about System Design Documentation Method and using that tools e.g Enterprise Architecture
Familiar with data analytics tool and various of use case diagram
Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify problems from a functional perspective, specifically when supporting end-user testing and training
Strong understanding of business process in assigned area
Strong communication, leadership, analytical thinking and presentation skill
Having experience in leading project implementation is an advantage

4. INTERNAL AUDIT
Job Responsibility :
Conduct a risk management cycle that includes risk identification, risk assessment, and ensuring that mitigation action plans are completely implemented.
Responsible for internal audit cycle in the following areas: commercial, manufacturing, purchasing, human resources, and other business support functions
Develop internal audit plan including working paper for the audit
Carry out all audit fieldwork that is required
Ensure that audit results are reported to management in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations
Maintain risk register and fraud register
Conduct ad hoc reviews/investigations as needed by the business
Requirement :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management
Have experience in related field at the FMCG or pharmaceutical industries Min 2 years

Job Responsibility :

6. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibility :
Perform IPC Analysis
Ensure the schedule for taking samples of raw materials and packaging materials according to the timeline
Analysis of finished products according to procedures
Ensure the test result according to the lead time
Ensure QC operations take place according to procedures and lead time
Requirement :
Must have at least Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacist or Pharmacy Competency Certificate.
Have relevant experience minimum 2 years.
Able to operate instruments in QC lab (HPLC/GC/Spektrophotometer/AAS)
Have adequate knowledge regarding pharmaceutical product, validation of analytical methods, analysis in the lab Microbiology and Physical Chemistry
Possess good communication, good leadership skill, proactive, and agile.
7. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility :
Analysis trouble shooting
Perform production machine maintenance according to a predetermined schedule.
Perform repairs on production machines.
Perform daily inspection of production machines.
Requirement :
Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
Have relevant experience minimum 2 years.
Able to repair and maintain production machines
Able to make and read technical/electrical drawings
Able to do analysis and trouble shooting
Fast learner and good communication skills
