PT PP (Persero) Tbk

PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero), Tbk, disingkat PT PP (Persero), Tbk, namun lebih populer disebut PT PP atau PP saja, adalah salah satu BUMN yang bergerak di bidang perencanaan dan konstruksi bangunan. PT PP berdiri pada tanggal 26 Agustus 1953 dengan nama NV Pembangunan Perumahan. Namanya lalu diganti menjadi PN Pembangunan Perumahan melalui PP no. 63 tahun 1960. Terakhir, berdasarkan PP no. 39 tahun 1971, statusnya berubah kembali menjadi PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero). Sebagai BUMN, mayoritas (51%) kepemilikan saham PT PP dipegang oleh Pemerintah Republik Indonesia dan sisanya (49%) dipegang karyawan dan manajemen PT PP. Sejak melantai di Bursa Efek Indonesia, mayoritas (51%) saham dipegang pemerintah, 21,4% saham publik dan 27,6% saham dipegang karyawan dan manajemen PT PP.

1. Investment Analyst & Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Analyzing market conditions and feasibility studies (FS) for property/residential businesses including development, commercial aspects and identification of business potential in all regions in Indonesia
Evaluate proposals regarding technical and business and financial feasibility.
Evaluate the results of the analysis with investment-related risk management

Requirements

Male / Female maximum age 35 years
Master Degree, graduated from reputable university with minimal IPK 3.00 majoring in Financial / Investment Management / Corporate Finance / Business Management
Good English skills, candidate must have TOEFL Certificate with minimum score 500
IELTS is preferred at minimum score 5.5
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar job functions
Able to work in a team, project, and tight timeline (work under pressure)
Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Indonesia
Having Analytical and excellence problem-solving skills

2. IT Policy & Compliance

Responsibilities

Preparation of IT Governance Guidelines, Procedures and Work Instruction in IT unit and make plans for implementation within the Company
Socializing IT Governance Guidelines, Procedures and Work Instruction to all IT unit
Manage documentation of IT Governance in all IT unit
Monitoring the implementation of IT Governance in the Company
Follow up on findings from internal and / or external Auditors
Collecting audit data evidence to support the implementation of the Audit
Monitoring and manage IT Maturity COBIT

Requirements

Male / Female
Maximum age of 35 years old
Major in Computer Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Information System / Electrical Engineering (low current) from reputable university
GPA ≥ 3.00
Min. 2 Years of experience as IT Risk, Information Security, IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT GRC)
Good understanding of COBIT, ITIL/ITSM & ISO27001
Having good communication skills, both oral and written, and able to work as a team as well as individually

3. Software Developer (IT System Development)

Responsibilities
