1. Management Trainee – Business Strategy & Transformation Executive [Code: MT BST]
Job Description :
Involve in assigned department’s (Business Development / Research & Development / Quality Assurance / Quality Control / Production) daily activity to capture and analyze working system, performance behavior, and outcome data
Work closely with management to ensure company’s business strategy aligned with the manufacturing activities
Collect feedback & aspirations across departments which leads to building continuous improvement culture
Propose strategic direction to increase productivity and generate more revenues & profit.
Provide problem identification and best-practice applicable solution within pharmaceutical industry guidelines
Monitor project deliverables execution based on agreed upon timeline to ensure its compliance.
Implement PDCA cycle along the way of business strategy and transformation activities to create continuous improvement culture

Requirements :
Fresh graduate from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3.50 or maximum 2 years professional experience
Have a degree background in STEM & business/management related, e.g.: pharmacist, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, IT, business, management, etc.
Qualified individual with a challenge-driven attitude, good leadership skill, good analytical thinking, problem-solving skill, detail-oriented, systematic thinking, and good stress management.
Ready for on-site working placement in head office at South Jakarta with flexible working hour
2. Management Trainee – Human Resources Development [Code: MT HR]
Job Description :
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talents
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization and design effective learning programs
Design and deliver career development programs, including mentoring, coaching, and leadership development, to support employees’ growth and advancement within the organization
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and innovative approaches in employer branding and implement them within the organization
Work closely with user & super user within the company to match the job requirements for potential candidates
Be well informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Communication, or Management from reputable university. A master’s degree in Organizational Psychology or Human Resources is a plus.
Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in human resources
Strong understanding of human behaviour, psychological assessment methods, and priciples of talent selection
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and develope innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques
