Untuk mendukung kegiatan bisnisnya, perusahaan ini memiliki kantor manajemen di Bandar Udara Pondok Cabe dan tiga kantor cabang, yakni di Bandar Udara Halim Perdanakusuma, Bandar Udara Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman, dan Bandar Udara Pinang Kampai. 1. Maintenance Planning Officer
Job Description :
Develop short-term and long-term maintenance plans for the Airbus A320 fleet;
Coordinate with the maintenance and material teams to ensure all resources (spare parts, equipment, and personnel) are available;
Prepare task cards and organize maintenance work packages for the Airbus A320 fleet;
Ensure documentation complies with regulations and company procedures;
Analyze maintenance data to identify potential issues or further repair needs;
Prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational requirements.
Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) from a university with a minimum accreditation of B or “Very Good.”
At least 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Planner, preferably as a Maintenance Planner for the A320.
2. Warehouse Officer
Job Description :
Ensure all material documentation and certain transaction records are well-maintained;
Ensure that only approved spare parts and materials are stored in the warehouse, following the FIFO (First In, First Out) method;
Ensure the necessary spare parts for maintenance and stock are well-distributed;
Monitor and ensure the proper handling of aircraft spare parts and materials entering and leaving the storage area, whether in serviceable or unserviceable condition;
Ensure warehouse functions such as packing, shipping, disposal of used parts, or warranty parts are handled correctly, documented properly, and the warehouse environment is controlled according to standard requirements;
Ensure aircraft materials in the warehouse remain in good condition, including routine maintenance and periodic inspections.
Qualification :
Minimum associate degree (D3) or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, General Engineering, or Management;
At least 3 years of work experience.
Understanding of inventory control concepts;
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively both internally and externally;
Maximum35 years (experienced) by January 2025.
3. Material Planning Officer
Job Description :
Implement an efficient and economical system for planning and controlling aircraft spare parts and materials;
Monitor and maintain inventory levels, spare parts movement, and storage accuracy;
Implement improvement processes and systems to reduce inventory, minimize costs, and maximize working capital for timely provision;
Identify, control, and report on cost realization for fulfillment processes, as well as analyze long-term and short-term cost requirement plans.
Qualification :
Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, General Engineering, or Management;
Experience in material planning or maintenance (preferably in the aviation industry);
Knowledge of material planning concepts;
Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively both internally and externally.
Maximum32 years (experienced) by January 2025.
4. Engineer
Job Description :
Melaksanakan, mengendalikan dan memantau pelaksanaan perawatan pesawat dan meningkatkan kualitas perawatan pesawat serta menganalisisa, memutuskan, melaksanakan penyelesaian masalah perawatan pesawat, mencatat dan melaporkan kejadian perawatan pesawat secara lengkap dalam upaya menyediakan pesawat dalam kondisi laik udara dan aman untuk dioperasikan dengan menghasilkan hasil yang produktif dan berkualitas.
Qualification :
Pendidikan min. SMK jurusan Penerbangan atau Teknik;
Licence :
Airframe & Power Plant : Basic Licence A1, A4; atau
Electrical & Avionic : Basic Licence Cl, C2, C4;
AMEL A520 holder selama 5 tahun;
Certifying staff minimal 1 tahun.
Berkelakuan baik serta sehat jasmani & rohani;
Lebih diutamakan memiliki sertifikat Engine Ground Run, Borescope CFM56-5B dan rating A550.
5. Technician
Job Description :
Melaksanakan pemeriksaan, penyesuaian, rigging, pemecahan masalah, pengujian sertifikasi, perbaikan, dan modifikasi sistem pesawat sesuai kualifikasinya.
Qualification :
Maksimal 24 tahun (Fresh Graduate) dan 30 tahun (Experienced) pada Januari 2025;
Pendidikan min. D3/S1 jurusan Penerbangan atau Teknik dengan IPK minimal 3,00 dari Skala 4,00;
Licence :
Airframe & Power Plant : Basic Licence A1, A4; atau
Electrical & Avionic : Basic Licence Cl, C2, 04.
Berkelakuan baik serta sehat jasmani & rohani;
Lebih disukai memiliki pengalaman sebagai Teknisi Pesawat.
