Regional Management Trainee Program (RMT) 2025

It sounds like you’re ready to take your next step – and be a part of our growing team in Maersk Contract Logistics. Our Regional Management Trainee program is designed to immerse you into the world of logistics, giving you exposure to our global supply chain network.
By combining our scale and resources with an entrepreneurial mindset, we’ll give you the chance to take on bigger challenges, grow fast and develop yourself to take on managerial responsibilities within the near future.

Program structure
Once selected, your first 18 months will consist of 3 rotations in our warehouse locations, designed to give you a well-rounded perspective of a career in logistics. While working on the job will allow for a large share of your learning, you’ll also have involvement in corporate training, blended learning & special projects.
To bring it all together, your assigned mentor will be your guiding anchor while you navigate your first months with us.
Students hired under the Regional Management Trainee Program 2025 form a key pipeline of managerial talent for us.
After the 18 months
You will be placed in roles in our warehouse operations where all the action happens. You’ll learn the dynamics of keeping pace with demand and supply, designing & implementing solutions for our global retail clients. A front seat to all of the action as it unfolds.
Successful graduates of the RMT program will land a role within the Maersk Contract Logistics (MCL) Division of Maersk and begin their journey to become managers & senior managers within a short span of two to five years with us.

Who are we looking for?
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, drive to succeed, and proactive
Proficient verbal and written communication in the English language.
Bachelors or master degree (any discipline) with a good GPA & Fresh graduates or have a maximum of 2-years working experience.
Passionate about the Supply Chain industry.
