PARAGON MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM 2025

1. MT Supply Chain Management

Main Responsibilities :

Conduct global supplier sourcing, including selection, evaluation, and audit processes

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration

Coordinate with the Product Development Team to align material requirements with production needs

Develop strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency

Ensure sourced materials comply with industry regulations and quality standards

Proactively source materials that align with brand specifications and image

Qualifications :

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a national or overseas university

Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields

Passionate about FMCG, especially in beauty or the cosmetics industry

Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth

Familiar with sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Strong negotiation skills for supplier engagement and procurement

2. MT Research and Development

Main Responsibilities :

Develop innovative product formulations from concept to execution, ensuring they meet customer needs and market trends

Continuously enhance existing products by optimizing formulas for better performance, sustainability, and user experience

Plan and execute seamless product launches, ensuring a smooth transition from development to market

Investigate formulation challenges and implement data-driven solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the Product Innovation & Development (PID) team to support sample preparation and ensure innovation excellence

Maintain accurate documentation to support product innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement

Qualifications :

Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from a national or overseas university

Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience

Having a passion for FMCG especially the beauty or cosmetics industry

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills

3. MT Product Innovation and Development

Main Responsibilities :

Manage projects across all stages of product development, from idea generation to concept creation and formulation design

Continuously update and evaluate products and designs to enhance the portfolio

Craft compelling product narratives that highlight the formulation design and concept

Ensure product quality meets high standards and aligns with brand positioning

Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas and concepts

Develop product concepts, positioning, claims, pricing, placement channels, and market ambitions

Determine formulation, packaging, and product design using New Product Development (NPD) principles

Create engaging product stories that resonate with target audiences and enhance brand appeal
