1. Technician Operator
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct day to day routine maintenance follow the corrective, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance programs.
Implement the maintenance work and practices follow the technical information such as technical drawings, manufacturer’s data, operating and maintenance procedure.
Execute unit outages scope for major and critical equipment inspections, repairs, and cleaning.
Record, and report the maintenance activities base on assignment
Verify of maintenance technical problem to understanding the root cause of problem with, prepare the report and take follow up action
Perform emergency maintenance whenever required with a High standard of safe working practice, quality and productivity as well as compliance with Code of Business Conduct.
Actively involve on company safety program and emergency response support.
Requirement
University graduate in Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Instrument Engineering or equivalent engineering disciplines)
Safety Oriented and Knowledgeable of Safe System Work, SMK3
Knowledge able with Preventive, Corrective Maintenance principle in mechanical, electrical & instrumentation control.
Knowledge able engineering drawings and Control Diagram, P&ID drawings, engineering data and technical information
Knowledge able of general design and process of thermal power plant
Familiar with trouble shootings technique
Fluently in English both verbal and writing
2. Operator Technician Fuel and ASH
Duties and Responsibilities
Observe coal transports equipment
Perform measurements of operational results
Operate the coal handling plant equipment and system to transfer the coal from coal unloading Jetty to the Power Plant coal silo safely, effectively, and accurately.
Execute field operation of fuel oil transfer process as pr procedure.
Safely operate sub-system of fuel and ash handling plant.
Coal handling and Ash handling plant patrol, monitoring, observation for the plant equipment condition
Monitor ail field equipment operating parameters related to plant reliability
Conduct field monitoring of sampling equipment.
Monitor and control ash taker activities at the site.
Monitor, record, and verify as required and report the field operation progress and condition of coal unloading jetty operation and maintenance.
Carry out initial investigation of any equipment or process failure, perform minor and simple maintenance.
Requirement
University graduate in Engineering degree (Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Instrument Engineering).
Safety Oriented and Knowledgeable of Safe System Work, SMK3
Good communication, proactive, able to work independently and lead without authority
Knowledge to make proper use of all safeguards, safety devices, personal protective equipment and other appliances provided for safety purposes.
General knowledge of coal and ash transporting, receiving, stacking.
Broad knowledge of solid material handling equipment, plant operation and maintenance
Knowledge on coal quality and properties is an advantage
