Job Description :
Rotating throuh departments in 6 months duration of program
Identify, analyze and initiative problem solving within departments
Helping the designated department’s job
Evaluation stage at the end of the program
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
Bachelor of Industrial Engineering
GPA min 3,00 of 4,00
Fresh graduate (preferably max. 2 years of work experiences)
Computer digital application skill (Ms. Office, AutoCAD, Etc)
Have organizational experience
Able to communicate in English, and preferably Japanese
Maximum age of 25 years old
