1. Account Manager

Our Partner Managers (Account Managers) work closely with a portfolio of partners across the APAC region, growing the partners’ Odoo business by assisting in strategic planning, business development, and direct meeting with prospective clients from diverse industries to delivery. We are looking for talents ideally with between 2-5 years of experience to join the growing team.

Being a partner manager means that you will learn a lot about market and business trends, as well as new industries together with both new and experienced partners of Odoo. Everyday will be a “Day 1” as there will always new subject/things to learn and uncover in order to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.

Your responsibilities include:

Train partners on effective methods for selling and implementing Odoo solutions
Collaborate with partners to offer tailored implementation package for end customers
Qualify end customers by analyzing their business needs and recommend local qualified partners accordingly
Negotiate or facilitating negotiations with/between partners and customers
To understand how partners work, how Odoo will help them be more efficient, and how selling Odoo’s products and services can fit into their business mode
Retain and develop long term trusting relationships with partners
Ensure partners understand and align with Odoo’s business plans to maximize synergy

Must Have

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English

4. Partnership and Alliances

Responsibility

As a Partnerships Recruiting, you will seek out and recruit prospects into Odoo’s partnership network. You will also manage Odoo’s business relationships in your assigned area. Companies in IT, system integration, consulting, and accounting that you register into Odoo’s partner network will be given access to sell Odoo products and are empowered to implement Odoo’s products and services alongside their own. Partners will receive training in the entire Odoo ecosystem to successfully close deals and implementation of customized software.

Your responsibilities include:

Contacting prospects in Indonesia who have shown interest in becoming Odoo business partners
Understanding and improving the current operations of prospects: how they interact with their customers, their sales approach, their long-term business plans, and how collaborating with Odoo can help them achieve their goals
Working consultatively to design tailored implementation packages and negotiating their contents with future partners
Building successful and mutually beneficial relationships

5. Business Analyst

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your main responsibility is to implement Odoo software. You will work directly with clients to analyze their needs, provide training, and deliver Odoo solutions (configurations) that match their business requirements. Our Functional Consultant will also support the development of our partner network (implementation partners) from various countries through coaching aimed at preparing them to become Odoo experts capable of implementing customer solutions according to established standards.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with Medium Market & Corporate companies, with larger-scale projects and long-term business engagements. The objective of the Functional Consultant in such situations remains to implement, provide training, and deliver solutions that meet professional standards.

A variety of different projects will become part of your portfolio as an Odoo’s Functional Consultant. Be prepared for hands-on experience starting from your first week with us!

Your responsibilities include:

Implement Odoo software: provide appropriate training and functional support for customers
Analyze customer needs and suggest suitable solutions before entering the implementation phase (configuration & development)
Project management: planning, forecasting, documenting, monitoring, and implementing Odoo software, followed by further action follow-ups

6. Marketing Event Coordinator

Responsibility

As a key member of the Indonesia marketing team, the Event Marketing Officer / Event Coordinator will play a vital role in planning, organising, and promoting over 50 Odoo product events, known as Odoo Business Show (previously Roadshow), across Indonesia. This role will also involve organizing our participation in trade shows or exhibitions where Odoo is an exhibitor and sponsor. Additionally, you will assist in organizing webinars to promote our brand and product in various markets. The primary goal of this position is to ensure successful online and offline events with high attendance, an exceptional attendee experience, and ultimately, to increase product awareness and generate leads.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop comprehensive event plans for each event to effectively promote the new version of Odoo products.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales and functional teams, to prepare event presentations, create event rundowns, and develop compelling pitching materials.
Communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to align expectations and assign tasks, ensuring timely completion of all event-related activities.
Work with the marketing team to develop effective event promotion plans, ensuring high event visibility and achieving targeted attendance.
Manage event page content and setup using the Odoo Event app.
Create various event-related content, including event invitations, social media posts, and ad copy.
Collaborate with external parties for venue hiring and materials production.
Generate reports on event promotion and attendance performance, and use insights to drive continuous improvement in event execution.
Track and manage event budgets effectively, ensuring timely and accurate budget allocation.
Organize sponsorships in different trade shows throughout APAC, including exploring new expo opportunities, coordinating booth installations with vendors, collaborating with designers on booth design, inviting Odoo resellers to participate, briefing the sales team on event objectives and tasks, managing event materials, and communicating with existing customers and prospects.
Monitor lead generation performance of expos.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of marketing experience with a background in event management
Bilingual in Bahasa and English
