Lead Site Environment team to implement Environment activity plan base on annual planning and Environment (RKL-RPL, ISO 14000, PROPER) requirement
Perform conducting Environment observation/ audit at plant site to early identification non conformance environment in regard to encourage and ensure the compliance of environment requirement and regulation
Conduct proactive encouragement, communication, environment campaign and promotion in regard establish good environment awareness and behavior of employee and corporate HSE culture
Manage Environment emergency response procedure and ensure that all emergency team member fit for purpose and Environment emergency facilities ready to use
Ensure that Plant operations are in compliance with Environment requirement & Government regulation
Respond to inquiries and concerns related to Environment management system
Involve for conducting regular Environment risk assessments (aspect and impact)
Take follow up action for environment assessment & monitoring to perform RKL-RPL regularly report to management and Government
Ensure that all parameter waste water, air emission and hazardous waste meet and comply with our Pertek & Rentek
Generate Environment activity reports and ensure that all Environment are well recorded, evaluated & reported
Work with team to develop effective Environment strategies to prevent environment accident/ damage
Review and recommend improvements plan to existing Environment strategies and target
Investigate environment accidents and develop action plans for prevention of recurrence
Provide environment job trainings and assistance to team members when needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to HSE Engineering
At least 10 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical industries
Has good knowledge Environment Management System, familiar with ISO 14000, RKL-RPL, PROPER requirement
Has good understanding Government Regulation related Environment aspect
Has good English communication skills both verbal and writing
Has good personality and leadership capability
The ability to inspire and influence others
Willing work to be placed at Merak Plant (Cilegon)
21. Sr. Environment Planning Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Manage & control job activity Environment Planning Section and deliver achievement of the Environment Target
Develop, Create, Review, update Environment work procedure & standard Document including ISO 14001 & PROPER
Oversee Environment daily activities of Environment planning team members to achieve Environment KPI
Ensure that industrial/Plant operations are in compliance with Environment Government Regulations, ISO 14001, RKL-RPL and PROPER requirement
Respond to inquiries and concerns from external/internal auditor related to implementation Environment management system at LCI
Responsible for conducting regular Environment risk assessments (aspect & Impact) together with site team
Generate Environment activity reports and maintain Environment permits as per Government regulations
Work with team to develop effective Environment strategies to prevent Environment accident/ damage
Review and recommend improvements to existing Environment strategies and Target
Investigate Environment accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence
Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to environment accident prevention
Perform RKL-RPL assessment and monitoring regularly and prepare assessment reports to management and Government
Stay updated with Environment trends and legislations
Provide Environment job trainings and assistance to team members when needed
Not only the above work, but also the work related to the HSE activity and HSE Performance achievement
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to Environment Engineering

22. Sr. Air Emission Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Energy management including reducing consumption and efficiency
Green House Gas (GHG) emission management and report preparation
Monitoring and controlling CEMS (Continuous Emission Monitoring System)
Manage activities to prevent Air Pollution and report preparation
Involve for improvement to prevent non conformance government regulation
Preparation external /government audit for CEMS
Air quality test and management
Involve in lender and government visit or audit
Keep track of the rules and protocols propagated by the regulating authority with regards to pollution and emissions control
Note the rules applicable to the organization’s operations and check them for consistency with actual operations
Conduct quality inspections of the machineries and ensure they are capable of treating the wastage efficiently
Make changes to the organization’s policies to update them regularly and imbibe the newly set protocols
Submit documents and test results to the authority to prove that emissions level are under control
Communicate with the legal inspectors to conduct operations audit of the organization
Prepare case material for organizations in the event of violation of protocols
Acquire certifications and approvals for the machineries from the emissions control authorities
Monitor the progress of the plans from its designing stage until its launch and check for the emissions levels
Conduct quality inspections of the machineries and ensure they are capable of treating the wastage efficiently
Communicate with employees at all levels and explain them the importance of controlling the emissions
Involve for compliance ISO 14000 & PROPER (Environment performance assessment by Government) requirement
Job Requirements:
Min. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Environmental Science/ Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Energy engineering
Has > 8 years working experience in similar position at Petrochemical Plant, Oil & Gas Refinery
Has good English communication skill both oral and writing
Good analytical thinking skills, Problem solving skill with focus on issue resolution
Has good personality and attitude
Has good willingness for self development
Willing to be placed in Merak plant – Cilegon
