2022 ASEAN Graduate Programme
Welcome to the application form for our 2022 ASEAN Graduate Programme.
Our 12-month programme is available in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore and Thailand, which may include 6 months of overseas assignment or cross-functional projects within ASEAN.
You will build a solid foundation of how our business works and get an opportunity to collaborate with a highly talented and diverse workforce on various topics such as plant commissioning, project execution and special development projects.
For the 2022 ASEAN Graduate Programme, we are looking for graduates for the following roles:

Indonesia
Operations: Bachelors in Chemical Engineering
Sales & Marketing: Bachelors in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Economics
Malaysia
Operations: Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Philippines
Operations: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Delivery: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Singapore
Operations: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Commercial: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Thailand
Operations: Bachelors in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Distribution: Bachelors in Industrial Engineering
Besides the qualifications, you are also required to meet the following criteria:
You should have less than 2 years of working experience upon graduation
You should be a Citizen or Permanent Resident in the country you are applying for
You must have ambitions to be a future leader and a natural ability to lead and inspire
You must possess a global mind-set and be open to assignments within ASEAN
You must be able to adapt to working in multicultural and diverse teams and possess strong communication skills and exceptional self-motivation
Proficiency in English is a must

Application Period: 3 January – 6 February 2022
Virtual Assesment: 7 February – 7 March 2022
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for face-to-face or virtual interviews
