PALM OIL SURVEYOR PROGRAM 2025
The Surveyor Program provides high-potential individuals with opportunities to develop leadership skills by making meaningful contributions to be a Surveyor Profesional and growing together with Lawana Sukses Nusantara.
Job Description:
- Monitor vessel arrival schedules and coordinate with shipping agents and operational teams to align berthing plans.
- Conduct pre-shipment inspections prior to loading or unloading activities.
- Conduct key meetings with all relevant parties regarding the stowage plan and loading sequence.
- Perform sampling, sounding, ullaging, gauging temperature, check sealing and inspection storage tanks, vessel or loading/unloading areas.
- Check and verify the tank cleaning method to ensure it meets operational and safety standards
- Monitor and verify the cleanliness and readiness of storage tanks, vessels, and transportation units
- Operate inspection tools and equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports, including sampling results, weight verification, and field observations
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety procedures during inspection activities
- Liaise with clients, shipping agents, vessel crews, mill operators, and relevant stakeholders to coordinate inspection activities
- Report any quantity discrepancies or irregularities found during the inspection process and conduct an investigation
- Immediately notify superiors of any contamination risks, quality deviations, or non conformities
- Maintain documentation and records in accordance with internal policies and external audit requirements
- Submit detailed inspection reports and photographs in a timely and accurate manner
- Send all working papers and inspection-related documents immediately to the head office upon completion of activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree’s from Reputational University majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry Engineering, Naval Architecture, and Marine Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0
- Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)
- Actively involved in student organization during college
- Max. 1 year of working experience in Shipping Company
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Good in Microsoft Office
Program Duration: Surveyor Program 6 month.
