Footwear Developer
Role Description
Conducting market research to identify emerging trends in footwear styles and materials
Developing prototype designs using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create 3D models of shoes or other types of footwear
Coordinating with vendor for making sample shoes to present their ideas
Managing the budget for each project, including ordering supplies and materials as needed
Developing new materials for use in shoe manufacturing, such as plastics, foam, or rubber compounds
Meeting with marketing representatives to discuss advertising campaigns and other promotional activities
Qualifications
D3 or Bachelor Degree in Design/Fashion Design/Industrial or equivalent
Min. 1 year experienced in the same field
Understanding shoe making process and material
Able to operate model program such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MODO, etc

Berpengalaman di bidang terkait min. 1 tahun
Detail dan kreatif
Mahir dalam mengoperasikan kamera dan pencahayaan
Ahli dalam Produksi Video, Edit Video, dan Edit Foto
Bisa melakukan video/foto editing di handphone
Bisa membuat ‘fun’ video tanpa musik (bisa diganti dengan voice over, sound effect, dll)
Mahir dalam desain grafis, software editing video seperti Adobe Premiere dan Final Cut
Memiliki pengalaman dalam memproduksi video untuk sosial media dan pemasaran
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik serta dapat bekerja secara individu maupun tim
Siap bekerja sesuai dengan target waktu yang ditentukan
Minimal pendidikan SMA/SMK
