Requirements
Bachelor Degree majoring in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Psychology is preferred
Min. 5 years experiences in Organization Development
Had exposure in: Organization Development, Compensation, Benefit & Welfare, Man Power
Planning and Organization Design, Career Path, and People Development
Good communication skill and fluency in English is a must
Willing to work in Cilegon

Requirements
Bachelor Degree with GPA min. 3.00, majoring in Engineering is preferred
2-5 years experience as Quality Control / Business Development / Marketing in Cement Company or Waste Management in Manufacturing Company.
Target minded, open for any challenges, and able to work under pressure
Good communication skill and fluency in English is a must
Able to speak in Korean will be poin plus
Willing to work in Cilegon
