Pada bulan Desember 1948, sebuah bereau didirikan oleh pemerintah Korea untuk memonopoli semua produk tembakau dan ginseng. Pada tahun 1988, KT&G dilakukan untuk perusahaan publik yang dikelola pemerintah. Pada tahun 2002, setelah penghapusan undang-undang monopoli tembakau, KT&G diubah menjadi perusahaan publik dalam upaya untuk meliberalisasi impor, penjualan, dan manufaktur tembakau.

1. SECONDARY STAFF (SKM STAFF)

Assists production (receiving, storing, and preparing materials), storing and ships goods, and manage production reports, maintaining attendance, overtime and benefit records, ensuring cleanliness area, supporting employee work safety and welfare, review related document to payment.

Requirements :

Male/female with a maximum age 35 years old
Min. 2 years in the field of quality, administration, or production processes / Fresh graduate from a relevant major
Bachelor degree all majors
Ability to learn new things, thorough, neat, willing to work shifts and able to work in a team
Able to make reports, analysis and administrative matters
Physically healthy and strong, and have a minimum height of 165 cm
Having good Ms. Office skill
Ableto speak in English

2. SECONDARY STAFF (SKT STAFF)

Assists material preparation, control inventory, calculate employee attendance and overtime, manage stationery needs, and providing meal and transportation allowance for employees.

Requirements :

Male/female with a maximum age 35 years old
Min 2 years in similar field (production process, warehouse process, procurements, analyze data and attendance general, SAP) / fresh graduates from relevant major
Bachelor degree all majors
Responsible, good communication, good time management, willing to work overtime
Able to make administration production process
Having good Ms. Office skill
Able to speak in English

3. PARTNER DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Act across related departments and major communication channel within Company and with Production Partners (including both new and existing business partners). Responsible for whole contract and agreement process with new partners while ensuring the partner’s compliance on the agreement. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Requirements :

Min. 5 to 10 years experience in Business Development or related area
Bachelor Degree: Accounting/Financial Management (Master Business Administration is preferable)
Having experience in Cigarette Manufacturing
Having experience in Business Development, Sales,
Production or Purchasing Fields
Strong understanding of Market Dynamics and Industry Trends
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel as required
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, & Problem Solving
Fluency in English

4. PAYROLL STAFF

Execute payroll process such as checking overtime submission, input all salary components into payroll application (adjustment of new employee, changing of new welfare, benefit, witholding tax, salary deduction, BPJS health and employment), calculate salary data from HQ for expatriates, and create journals after salary process.

Requirements :

Male or female with maximum age 35 years old
Fresh graduate are welcome
Bachelor Degree : accounting, economic, tax
Candidates with A&B tax brevet certification are prefered
Good understand with employment of law and tax regulation
Good communication skill, understand management system and/or HRIS, persuasive
Proficient in using Ms. Office

5. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT STAFF

Support preparation of business plans, disseminate organizational evaluation results, check performance management procedures and regulations including setting KPI, assessing and providing input to achieve company goals.

Requirements :

Max. 35 years old
Min. 1 year experience in manufacture industry as organization development, and regulation drafting
Bachelor degree : Psychology, law, human resources management, industrial engineering
Having knowledge & understanding about performance management, balance scorecard, and company regulation
Having strong analytical skill, problem solving, data analysis, good communication, high initiative, detail-oriented
Having good Ms. office skill
Able to speak in English
