Requirements:
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Geodesy Engineering or Geomatics Engineering.
Proficient in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), AutoCAD, and similar applications.

Job Description:
Assisting in the planning and monitoring of construction and area development projects.
Supporting layout planning, design, and project site management.
Collaborating with the team to ensure each project phase meets the timeline and technical specifications.
Collecting, analyzing, and organizing data to support project and development decisions.
Assisting in the preparation of project progress reports and technical documentation.
3. Property Management
Requirements:
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Strong interest in Property Operations and Management, Engineering, Technical Services, and Housekeeping.
Available for 3-month offline apprenticeship program.

Job Description:
Assisting in daily maintenance and inspections of facility equipment and infrastructure.
Supporting operations, including monitoring and coordinating activities.
Conducting routine checks and assisting in the upkeep of technical systems.
Assisting housekeeping in maintaining organization and orderliness throughout all areas.
Preparing reports on operational activities and documenting maintenance records.
4. Shopping Center
Requirements:
Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Architecture.
Strong interest in property operations, tenant fit-out processes, and design coordination.
Proficient in using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
Available for 3-month offline apprenticeship program.

Job Description:
Assisting in reviewing tenant fit-out designs to ensure alignment with mall standards.
Supporting coordination between tenants and internal teams during the fit-out process.
Conducting site visits to monitor tenant progress and compliance with regulations.
Collaborating with the operations team to ensure smooth tenant onboarding.
