Qualification
Minimum 7 years experiences in plant maintenance
Minimum 5 years experiences in oil and gas facility construction
Experience in at least 4 different projects in facilities maintenance (e.g., coating, insulation, refractory, scaffolding and cleaning) in oil and gas industry with minimum position as project manager.
A strong background in plant maintenance
2. Site Manager
Qualification
Minimum 5 years experiences as Site Manager in oil and gas facility maintenance
Experience in at least 2 different projects in facilities maintenance (e.g. coating, insulation, refractory, scaffolding and cleaning ) in oil and gas industry with minimum position as site manager
Strong background in plont maintenance
Minimum education D3 graduate in engineering
B. Insulation Services
3. Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader
Qualfication
Able to coordinate insulation work
Understand insulation type and installation method
Minimum five (5) years experiences as Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader in oil and gas facility insulation work
Minimum education SMU / SMK graduate
4. Insulation Technician
Qualfication
Understand insulation methods, insulation application and inspection methods
Capable to use inspection equipment
Has sufficient understanding of insulation defects
Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experiences as Insulation Technician in oil and gas facility insulation inspection for different structures and equipment
Minimum education SMU / SMK graduate
5. Helper
Qualification
Able to work under the supervision of foreman
C. Coating Services Team
6. Blaster
Qualification
Able to perform abrasive blasting safely to the required degree of cleanliness and anchor profile
Shall have a minimum of three (3) years experiences as Blaster in oil and gas facility external and internal coating (blasting and painting) Work
Shall have at the minimum troining/certification of blaster/painter from BNSP LSPCI
7. Painter
Qualification
Able to perform coating application safely and free from defects by using conventional air spray, airless spray methods, brush, and mitt
Shall have a minimum of three (3) (three) years experiences as Painter in oil and gas external and internal coating (blasting and painting application) Work
Shall have at the minimum training/certification of blaster/painter from BNSP LSPCI
8. Operator
Qualification
Able to work under the supervision of foreman in operating the blasting/ painting equipment
9. Helper
Qualification
Able to work under the supervision of foreman
10. HSE Stanby
Qualification
Minimum 3 years experiences in industrial safety fields including minimum 2 years as HSE officer in oil and gas construction/prodyotion related fields
A strong background in Safety Codes of Practices and Standards (OSHA, NFPA, Safety laws, etc.) and
Government of Indonesia safety and environmental laws
Knowledgeable and experienced in developing and implementing safety health and environmental program
Minimum education SMU / SMK graduate
11. Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader
Qualification
Able to coordinate coating work
Understand surface preparation methods, coating application methods, and inspection methods
Capable to use inspection equipment
Has sufficient understanding of coating defects
Shall be proficient in English
Able to produce effective coating reports
Minimum 5 (five) years experiences as Site Supervisor /Foreman/Team Leader in oil and gas facility coating job
Shall have at the minimum certification of NACE CIP Level t or FROSIO Level 2 or SSPC PIC Level 1
Minimum education SMU / SMK
12. Coating Inspector
Qualification
Understand surface preparation methods, coating application methods, and inspection methods
Capable to use inspection equipment
Has sufficient understanding of coating defects
Shall have a minimum of five (5) years experiences as Coating Inspector in oil and gas facility external and internal coating inspection Work
Shall be fluent in English
Shall have knowledge in painting/coating specification and procedure
Shall have at the minimum certification NACE CIP Level 2 or FROSIO Level 3 or SSPC PCI Level 2
D. Web Deck Services
13. Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader
Qualification
IRATA Certified Level 3
Min. 5 years experience as Site Supervisor/Foreman/Team Leader in Rope Access Technique work
14. Web System Advance Installer/Technician
Qualification
IRATA Certified Level 1, Web System Installer 500 hrs & 6 month experience
15. HSE Standby
Qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in Industrial safety fields including minimum 2 years as HSE officer in oil and gas construction/production related fields

Minimum three (5) years experiences as Site Supervisor /Foreman/Team Leader in external equipment cleaning job in oil and gas industry
Minimum education SMU / SMK graduate
17. Technician/Operator
Qualification
Shall have a minimum of three (3) years continuous experience in external cleaning services using high pressure water jet system in oil and gas facility
Shall hove knowledge in operating high pressure water jet system
Shall have knowledge of hazard and safety of high-pressure water jet system
Able to work under the supervision of foreman in operating the high-pressure water jet equipment

Has Migas Inspector Scoffolding Certificate and minimum 5 years experiences as Scaftfolder in scaffolding Work in oil and gas industry
