PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Tbk (JIHD) adalah salah satu perusahan terbuka terbesar di Indonesia pada tahun 1984. 1. Accounting Staff (Code: Acc Staff)
Responsibilities
Preparing file for tax reports
Organizing & updating financial records
Reviewing financial statements for accuracy & legal compliance
Assisting in the preparation of financial report
Requirements
Vocational or Bachelor degree in Accounting from accredited university
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting
By January 2022, candidate’s age is not more than 27 year old
Good knowledge or ability to understand tax report
Team player with strong interpersonal & communication skill
Willing to learn quickly & keenly
2. Accounting Supervisor (Code: Acc Spv)
Responsibilities
Overseeing daily transactions, includingits reconciliations
Preparing budgeting reports & forecast revenues
Managing monthly and yearty closing
Monitoring performance of accounting department
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting from accredited university
Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting
By January 2022, candidate’s age is not more than 30 year old
Strong understanding in analyzing financial reports and tax reports
Strong leadership skill
Willing to learn quickly & keenly
3. Digital & Information System Supervisor (Code: DIS Spv)
Responsibilities
Analyzing IT infrastructure and readiness for PMS improvement
Monitoring and analyzing Point of Sales system and its integration
Analyzing Customer Relation Management (CRM) to increase conversion rate
Analyzing digital marketing data and report
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information Technology or System from accredited university
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Digital & Information System for hoteliers
By March 2022, candidate’s age is not more than 40 year old
Strong understanding in analyzing Property Management System (PMS)
Good knowledge in digital marketing and social media
Strong leadership skill
Willing to learn quickly & keenly
