1. Industrial Relation (Internal Audit) Specialist
Job Description:
Develop internal audit systems based on ISO 37000 to strengthen governance and integrity.
Audit HR processes, labor law compliance, and organizational controls
Integrate ISO 37001 to detect and prevent bribery, fraud, and corruption.
Prepare and present audit reports to management.
Collaborate with HR and legal teams to ensure audit findings are addressed effectively.
Act as a key contributor in establishing a transparent, accountable, and compliant internal audit framework.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial relations or internal audit
Strong knowledge of ISO 37000 (Governance of Organizations) and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems)

2. SHE (Safety & Fire) Jr. Specialist
Job Description:
Develop and maintain safety policies.
Oversee fire safety programs.

Job Description:
Oversee and manage press production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to ensure equipment reliability.
Analyze production data and implement cost-reduction and efficiency-enhancing strategies.

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Material & Metalurgy Engineering, or related field.

Job Description:

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university.
Must fluent in English, Korean is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in maintenance for press or body shop.
Proficient in PLC, robotics, inverters, and preventive maintenance systems.
Have sbility to troubleshoot, instruct repair techniques, and assist if needed.
