We are looking for Management Trainees (Mandarin Speaker) to join various departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious fresh graduates to kickstart their careers and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities in General :
Learn and understand each department’s daily operations, processes, and goals.
Assist department managers with tasks and projects.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements.
Finance :
Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
Support in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Analyze financial data and trends.
Learn accounting systems and internal controls.
Marketing and Sales :
Assist in developing marketing campaigns and digital strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Support sales activities including lead generation and client communication.
Participate in brand promotion and event coordination.
Analyze customer feedback and sales data.
HR :
Assist in recruitment processes (screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Support employee engagement and welfare programs.
Help with performance appraisal documentation.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR policy implementation.

Job Description:
Undergo comprehensive training and rotation across different functions within your assigned department.
Assist in day-to-day operations, including process optimization, problem-solving, and data analysis.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and operational processes within your focus area.
Utilize Mandarin language skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Logistics, Management, etc.).
Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A proactive, results-oriented attitude, and eagerness to learn.
Willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta. (WFO System).
