Parts Supervisor
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a part supervisor for Commercial Vehicles at Foton Motor in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a part supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of spare part management, including inventory control, ordering, and distribution. You will also work closely with the Commercial Vehicle team to make sure spare parts are available, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain accurate documentation. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
Qualifications
Fluent in English is Must, and Proficiency in Mandarin Is a Plus
Commercial Management skills
Experience in following up on spare part inventory and ordering
Team Management and People Management skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of commercial vehicle spare parts and their specifications
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
