1. Business Development / Sales Manager
As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will be the face of Esin Group in Indonesia—advising clients, driving business growth, and collaborating closely with both local and overseas teams. This is a high-impact role suitable for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, fluency in Mandarin and English, and a solid understanding of business set-up and regulatory processes in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online and in-person meetings with clients. Follow up on inquiries, manage proposal and contract signing processes, and coordinate payment arrangements.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by ensuring they receive timely, effective, and comprehensive support throughout their business lifecycle in Indonesia.
- Advise foreign clients on setting up PT PMA (foreign-owned company) in Indonesia, business visa options, office leasing, and other ongoing support matters.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure smooth delivery of ongoing support services for clients.
- Maintain regular communication and information sharing with the business development team in Singapore and China to ensure alignment on client strategy and service delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Indonesia, targeting high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and international corporations. Drive revenue growth through new business and strategic partnerships.
- Oversee the successful setup of the Jakarta branch, ensuring all operations, infrastructure, and logistics are in place for a seamless launch.
- Develop and implement KPIs, monitor operational efficiency, and report to senior management on branch performance, client updates, and key developments.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written) to interact with international clients and stakeholders.
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, client advisory, or sales, preferably in corporate services, immigration, or consultancy sectors.
- Familiarity with Indonesian company incorporation regulations (PT PMA), visa processes, and office leasing requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service mindset.
- Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
2. Accounting and Tax Manager
As the Accounting and Tax Manager, you will oversee all financial, accounting, and tax compliance functions related to our client companies, primarily foreign-owned entities (PT PMA), as well as our in-house companies. You will help implement operational procedures, manage team performance, and coordinate with local and overseas stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounting and tax matters for PT PMA clients, including investor reporting, monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Oversee the accounting operations of our own Bali-based group entities.
- Coordinate with partner firms (lawyers, tax consultants, service providers) to ensure smooth client business operations.
- Assist foreign clients in bank account opening processes and liaise with financial institutions as needed.
- Establish and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for accounting and tax services, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Conduct staff interviews, onboarding, and ongoing training to build a competent local team.
- Support general operational improvements and take on ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
- Collaborate with the Singapore headquarters to ensure consistency and reporting across regions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, or audit, preferably within corporate services or a consulting firm.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian tax laws, financial reporting standards, and PT PMA regulatory requirements.
- Fluency in English is essential for communication with international clients and team members.
- Chinese (Mandarin)Â is a strong plus for serving Chinese-speaking clients.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adept at multitasking.
