Eni Indonesia Internship Program 2025

Eni in Indonesia is currently opening several internship opportunities for fresh graduates with the following requirements:

Minimum holds Bachelor’s Degree (S-1)
Minimum GPA 3.25 out of 4.00
Fresh graduate (maximum 1 (one) year from graduation) as indicated in the Academic Certificate or Letter of Graduation (Surat Keterangan Lulus)
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)

The internship program lasts for 6 (six) months and will be based at the following location:

Eni Jakarta Office: Pondok Indah Office Tower 3 (Jl. Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kav. V-TA, Jakarta)

A. SCM & PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT

1. Vendor Management Intern

Background: Graduate from any major preferably in Information System

Activities:

Support in the processes of procurement plan, internal & external reporting, and contract monitoring
Support in the processes of Due Diligence Card (DDC) process, qualification, and team report
Support the team on Open-es (data sharing platform for procurement function)
Support in internal and external audit activities

B. PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT

1. Project Services Intern

Background: Graduate from Engineering, Business Administration, or any other relevant major
Remarks: Professionally fluent in English twork with expatriates

Activities:

Assist with day-to-day planning/scheduling activities
Assist with progress updates/verification including claims, timesheets, etc.
Coordinate and produce required monthly planning reports and presentations

C. OPERATIONS

1. Logistic Intern

Background: Graduate from Engineering, Economics, Business Management
Remarks: Advanced oral and written English language skills

Activities:

Assist in preparation of pre-award supporting documents (e.g. owner estimate, PR creation, the scope of works, etc.)
Monitor contract execution
Assist preparation of documents related tpost-award activities (i.e. contract monitoring reports, contractor performance evaluation, etc.)
Analysis of the overall business process of logistic contract management

2. LNG Operations Intern

Background: Graduate from Chemical or Mechanical Engineering

Activities:

Monitoring and reporting of daily production
Monitoring and reporting key operating parameters (e.g. LPG spiking, Ethane – Ethylene inventory, LNG inventory, etc.)
Developing forecast for Ethane – Ethylene balance
Participate in process meetings (e.g. procedure, gas coordination, Pipeline Maintenance forum)

3. Drilling Engineering Intern

Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
Remarks: Professionally fluent in English twork with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in drilling engineering

Activities:

Familiarization with drilling engineering, planning, operation, contracts, and reporting.
Support engineers in designing the drilling program.
Involve in meetings with internal and external parties.

4. Drilling Completion Intern

Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
Remarks: Professionally fluent in English twork with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in completion engineering

Activities:

Familiarization with subsea completion engineering, planning, operation, contracts, and reporting
Support engineers in designing the completion/well test/workover/ intervention program
Involve in meetings with internal and external parties

5. Drilling Contract Intern

Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering or related field
Remarks: Professionally fluent in English twork with expatriates; preferably have basic knowledge in engineering and contract management

Activities:

Support in administrative tasks relating tdrilling material management
Support in the tender process
Contract monitoring in terms of issuance COFF, expenditure, correspondence

D. SUSTAINABILITY & EXTERNAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

1. Permit and License Intern

Background: Graduate from non-technical major
Based at Eni Jakarta Office

Activities:

Support in internal and external reporting activities
Support in the preparation of permit documents and scheduling permit-related activities (e.g. meeting with the government)
Support in reviewing and analyzing permit-related regulations

2. Sustainability Intern

Background: Graduate from Law, Psychology, Communication, International Relations, Social Welfare, Environmental Science
Remarks: Preferably has good communication and interpersonal skills

Activities:

Support in administrative activities (e.g. report, hospitality plan, articles, invoicing, etc.)
Support in contract preparation activities
Support in data collection and interpretation (data entry, analysis, presentation)
Support in creative design activities

E. FINANCE DEPARTMENT

1. Accounts Payable Intern

Background: Graduate from Accounting or Economics

Activities:

Support in processing invoices (ensure completeness, routing trelevant personnel)
Support in activities in the SAP system (e.g. prepare parked journal entries)
Support in internal and external audit activities

2. General Ledger Intern

Background: Graduate from Accounting or Economics

Activities:

Support general ledger team activities such as accruals, prepayments, bank transaction processes, etc.
Perform manual journal processes (entries, adjustments, reclassification)
Support in internal and external audit activities

3. Tax and Compliance Intern

Background: Graduate from Accounting or Fiscal

Activities:

Support in activities related tthe booking of tax journal
Support in the process of monthly tax compliance (WHT and VAT)
Support in preparation and submission of VAT reimbursement application
Support in maintaining data within tax systems (Ebupot, Unifikasi, e-faktur, SAP, Coretax, etc.)

4. Budget Analyst Intern

Background: Graduate from Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Activities:

Assist in the preparation of budget and forecast and actual reporting
Participate in variance analysis and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support process improvement projects, including the automation and streamlining of reporting workflows
Maintain proper documentation and assist in compliance with relevant financial standards and policies

F. HSEQ DEPARTMENT

1. HSEQ Management System Intern

Background: Graduate from any major, preferably from Engineering or Information Technology

Activities:

Administrative support in the systems management process
Develop database management with ability toptimize use of MS-Office as a tool
Support in contract-related activities (proforma invoice, contract balance monitoring, and reconciliation, etc.)
Support in the management of job orders balance
Support in contractor performance feedback process
Support in creating comprehensive reports

2. Environment Intern

Background: Graduate from Environment, Chemical, Biology or Forestry

Activities:

Support in the development of environmental studies, environment monitoring, waste management, and reporting
Develop environment sharing & know how materials
Participate as an observer in environment audit and assessment

G. HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

1. Training and Development Intern

Background: Graduate from Industrial engineering, Management, Psychology
Remarks: Proficient in statistics and Ms. Excel is preferred

Activities:

Support in conducting the Company’s Development Programs (Educational Assistance Program, Performance Management, Improvement Plan, etc.)
Support in managing training activities (payments, certification, etc.)
Team budget planning and monitoring
Support managing the Training and Development program records

2. HR Services Intern

Background: Graduate from any major

Activities:

Tsupport recruitment preparation and business processes that comply with relevant regulations
Tsupport the fulfillment of necessary authorization and other administrative work for the recruitment process
Tsupport the arrangement of the recruitment process (discussion with the User’s department, interview arrangement, etc)
