1. Technology Development Program
Technology Development Program offers everything you need to kick start your career as a Software Engineer.
In this 12 months intensive program, you will experience different job functions in Technology with our rotational program, such as Backend & Frontend Engineering, Mobile Engineering and QA.
You will also be provided with formal training and sharing sessions, as well as handling real projects – all under the supervision of your dedicated professional mentor.
Who is eligible to apply?
Bachelor degree in Computer Science / Information System/ Engineering / Math / Physics
GPA minimum 3.0 from scale 4.0
Fresh Graduate or Max. 1 year experience as Software Engineer
Having basic knowledge on Java / ReactJS / SQL /Swift / Kotlin

2. Design Management Program
Join this program to become a full-fledged digital product designer, not just someone who knows design theory from some random courses and calls themselves product designers.
You will do a 12 months extensive product design training while participating in real projects with real teammates. As you receive direct feedback and mentoring from senior designers, you’ll sharpen your technical skills while developing problem-solving, critical thinking, and structural thinking skills.

Who is eligible to apply?
Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Engineering or related fields is preferred
Fresh Graduate or max 1 year working experience
GPA minimum 3.0 from scale 4.0
Max 25 years old
Have an outstanding portofolio to demonstrate your design ability and design documentation
Having basic knowledge on Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

3. Data Development Program
Data Development Program is tailored to give opportunity for outstanding graduates and aspiring professionals to enable maximum contribution and data driven business.
This program is divided into two divisions, to help you recognize and grow your passion either in Data Engineering or Data Science & Analytics. You will receive interesting projects, mentorship, and unparalleled trainings that will enhance your career in selected division.
As a Data Management Trainee (DMT), you will follow a comprehensive 12 months program to become a professional Data Engineer or Data Analyst.
