Key Responsibilities:
As a Trainee, you will learn all aspect within Sales & Marketing Department which includes Sales Support, Customer Service Operation, Business Customer and Business Development. Your key tasks will include:
Supporting sales sub-function plans and processes to achieve business growth and profitability in alignment with our strategic objectives.
Implementing a broad range of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and distribution plans.
Gathering and analyzing data to reconcile sales, revenues, and costs against forecasts, identifying potential problem areas.
Collaborating with team members to identify improvement areas based on pipeline reporting and sales effectiveness.
Conducting market research to understand trends and customer requirements, translating our products and services into effective solutions.
Providing timely and effective administrative support to enhance sales force effectiveness.
Identifying process improvement for higher efficiencies and work on improvement project
In this role, you will:
