ART & Studio Design Team Leader
Job Description
Evaluate all necessary designs related to consumer-facing materials and non-consumer-facing materials based on business needs to ensure all necessary designs are approved and aligned with Brand Activation Guideline
Develop internal/external promotion and communication design (banners, posters, flyers, T-shirts, etc.) as well as layouts for advertising, packaging, and in-store graphics to support all necessary requirements of design for other functions
Evaluate the detailed design of proof print to ensure the result of proof print from supplier, vendor, and user aligned with Brand Activation Guideline
Control production of design for any material required (in-house printing or from supplier/vendor) to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of production design
Review weekly activity reports related to design productivity and proactively create plans for innovative design to provide continuous improvement for the internal Marketing Services Team
Requirement
Minimum Bachelor Degree from Marketing Communication, Visual Design, or any others relevant discipline with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university
Minimum 2-3 years experience as Designer
Demonstrated ability to write and speak Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently
Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
