Requirements :
Min. Bachelor Degree in related field from a reputable university (1-9)
Have min. 5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry (1)
Have min. 3-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry (2-9)
Have POP certificate is a preferable (1-9)
Have knowledge of recruitment procedures and processes, know the use of psychological testing instrument (4)
Have knowledge of people development, job analysis, performance appraisal (4)
Have driving license (SIM A)
Expertin MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable
Location based : South Kalimantan
6-2 roster for section head postion & 8-2 roster for officer / supervisor options only available for candidate outside South Kalimantan hire
