Requirements :
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from accredited University
Demonstrate strong and active participation in both organization and community (e.g. BEM, Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa, Pencinta Alam, and similar student activities) initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities
Preferably active in social community or organization (e.g. NGO, Karangtaruna, Kelompok Tani, and similar grassroots initiatives)
Passionate about community development and microfinance
Open to all academic majors preferably in Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Plantation, Sociology, Anthropology, Forestry, Food Industry Engineering
