Management Development Program (MDP)
Now we are looking for highly motivated and dynamic individuals to join our Management Development Program (MDP)—a comprehensive initiative designed to develop future leaders through immersive, hands-on experiences across multiple departments and companies, strategic projects, and leadership training.

Requirements
Graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of:
3.00 for Bachelor’s degree
3.25 for Master’s degree
Maximum 28 years
Work experience: Not required, but a maximum of 2 years is acceptable
Strong leadership potential, with the ability to take initiative and drive results
Active involvement in university or community organizations, preferably in a coordinator or leadership role
Tech-savvy, with proficiency in IT and digital tools
Willing to be placed in any operational location of Asiacross’s subsidiaries
