1. Warehouse Section Head
Manage and oversee end-to-end inventory activity of the warehouse including receiving, handling, storing, picking & distribution, and to build effective and efficient warehouse system in order to ensure optimum support to construction activities.
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 4 years experiences (Supervisor level) in the area of Inventory Management preferably in construction projects.
Have good competencies on system analysis.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based).
2. Logistic Officer
Job Responsibilities
Monitor shipping documents and informing the schedule of material arrivals
Monitor material reception at the Jetty, cargo handling, customs clearance, and material delivery to warehouse
Handle custom clearance matters, including but not limited to:
Provide information related to customs clearance documents
Submit shipping documents and customs clearance documents to Customs
Receive SPPB (Approval Letter for Goods Release) from Customs
Inspect the condition of materials arriving at the Jetty / Unloading Area and create reports if there is damage or discrepancies indicated due to negligence of the Freight Forwarder / Transporter
Send and coordinate materials arriving at the warehouse
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor from reputable university, Engineer degree is prefered (Preferably Engineering).
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Logistics Officer / Supervisor, familiarity with construction project is preffered.
Good communication/interpersonal skills.
Willing to be placed in our Jobsite at Bulungan, North Kalimantan.
3. Warehouse Officer
Job Responsibilities
Receiving and storing materials in the warehouse
Generating reports for unloaded goods.
Creating reports for unpacking items.
Calculating the quantity of received goods.
Assisting in material requests using MIS/MBS.
Handling material returns using MRS.
Conducting inventory checks or stocktaking of materials.
Supervising daily activities of Warehouse Helpers.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma Degree, Engineering Major would be an advantage.
Min 3 years experience in Warehouse / Inventory in EPC Setting.
Have good communication/interpersonal skills.
Strong competencies in inventory management and warehouse management.
Willing to be located at Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based).
4. Material Control Officer
Job Responsibilities
Ensure the progress of data input and data updates in the Inventory Management System (SAP) for each material transaction by SAP Data Entry.
Assist the warehouse & material control superintendent in creating MRR reports.
Follow up on OSDR so that it does not interfere with material needs in overall construction.
Check and approve material release requests listed in MIS/MBS.
Receive material return reports listed in the MRS.
Report material balance list periodically to Engineering, Procurement, Construction.
Prepare MBL
Job Requirements :
Min Diploma Degree, Engineering Major would be an advantage.
Min 3 years experience in Material Control in EPC Setting.
Have good communication/interpersonal skills.
Professional experience in companies that handle project would be an advantage.
Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site.
5. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)
Job Responsibilities
Conducting language translation processes between Mandarin and Indonesian, both verbally and in writing.
Delivering message content by crafting precise translations.
Job Requirements :
High School/Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s degree required.
Must possess proficiency in Mandarin language (verbal and/or written).
Willingness to be stationed at Kalimantan Utara Site with rostered work schedules.
Open to fresh graduates; experience as a Translator is a plus.
Demonstrates strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
