MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Descriptions:
Execute daily maintenance activities (corrective and preventive) on heavy equipment and machinery to minimize downtime.
Monitor maintenance cost performance based on part usage and labor, ensuring alignment with budget.
Supervise maintenance planning and resource allocation to support optimal execution.
Evaluate plant equipment KPIs, issue tracking (backlog, oil consumption, etc.), and performance reports.
Ensure safety of team members during all maintenance activities.
Develop and standardize procedures (SOPs) to align with company commitments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant fields.
At least 5 years of experience in the same field.
Minimum 3 years work experience as a heavy equipment mechanic.
Candidates must hold a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatera.
