INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
Pertturm and control the full audit cycle induding risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans
Ottain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, fiovicharts etc
Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process
Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
Maintain open.communication with management and audit committe Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
Conduct follow up audits to monitor management’s interventions
Engage to continuous knowledge development regarding sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer/industrial Engineer/Accounting/Agronomy with at least 3.00 GPA
At least 3 years’ experience as Internal Auditor or related fields
Having work experience in Palm Oil Mill/Palm Oil Refinery/Sugar Mill is a plus point
Understand the professional standards issued by the internal Audit Association
Comply with the internal Audit code of ethics
Knowledge the principles of good corporate governance and risk management can be proven with supporting certificates or portofolios
Willing to be placed in all company business unit in Indonesia
