Restaurant Manager

Placement: Kota Serang

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.
Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards.
Effective communication and organizational skills.
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

Responsibilities:
Staff Management

Recruit, Frain, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Set schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance team skills and service quality.
Address employee issues, resolve conflicts, and administer disciplinary actions when necessary.

Customer Service

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring top-notch service and resolving customer concerns.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback, reviews, and suggestions to enhance the dining experience.

Operational Oversight

Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, and maintenance.
Oversee inventory management, order supplies, and control costs t achieve budget targets.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, health regulations, and licensing requirements.

Finance Management

Monitor and analyze financial performance, sales, and expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.

Menu and Offering Management

Collaborate with Kitchen Supervisor to design and update menus, ensuring variety, quality, and alignment with customer preferences.
Recommend pricing strategies based on cost analysis and market trends.

Marketing and Promotion

Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, including promotions, events, and collaborations.
Maintain a strong online presence and engage in social media marketing to enhance visibility.

Vendor and Supplier Relations

Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients and supplies.

Prepare regular reports on sales, financial performance, and other key metrics
