Marketing Manager

Job Descriptions :

Tencent Games Indonesia is looking a Marketing Manager to join the PUBG MOBILE team. We are looking for someone who is : passionate about the game, especially Mobile Games in general, can articulate the brand’s objective through high-quality offline and online marketing and branding initiatives, collaboration and partnership with KOLs/Influencers, seeks out opportunities to learn/grow/innovative, understand the value of process, and maintains a high level of attention to detail.
We are looking fo a forward thinker that has a strong willingness to grow the PUBG MOBILE communication, is strong in understanding trend, deep understanding of the game itself, and an extraordinary thinking about the content composition. This role will dive into the established brand identity and will be handling successful implementation marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in all aspects of handling planning and execution of marketing initiatives, engage with partners and communicaties, and good in achieving objectives in terms of quality and standards in remarkably quick time frames.

You Mission :

This role delivers high-quality marketing campaign initiatives, able to engage with our community about our products and brand campaigns through the activities, and can maintain their passion to keep on playing PUBG MOBILE. This is an opportunity for a talented, hardworking, and proactive individual to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a wide range of exciting franchises

Jobdesk :

Collaborate with talent agencies and create initiatives for KOLs and ensure these agencies will support Company’s goals and KPI
Develop and implement global marketing strategy to support project goals and initiatives, helping to increase brand awareness and build reputation
Create content and event planning and implementation for the brand and internal events and promotions
Project management : monitor status of project from kick-off to post performance review-check milestones and timeline to make sure on time delivery and conduct post mortem reports after project finished
Lead in collaborating with internal stakeholders (including Brand Marketing, Product Development, Business Development, Partnership, Creative Development, Community)
Research, write and promote strategies to targeted competitors and industry

Requirements :

At least 3 years of brand marketing experience of marketing operations, campaign implementation with experience with experience managing influencers and/or communities
Experience developing, executing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social media, search, email, advertising, events and content creation
Experienced in making content for gaming brand and development and implementation. Demonstrated excellence in creating and executing strategies that drive demand through digital channels
Deep knowledge of the marketing funnel, metrics and analytics to optimize campaigns
Project management skills and ability to mange the priorities of multiple stakeholders
Avid gamer with extended experience in console and mobile products a plus
Excellent communication and writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin speaker is a plus)
Last but not least, Hardcode Game Enthusiast
Location Jakarta ID

Another Plus :

Have experience in the Game industry and is familiar with the gaming communities
Deep understand of PUBG MOBILE or other FPS games
