CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE (TANK CONTAINER)
Requirements :
– Educational requirements: minimum D3 any field
– Required languages: Indonesia, English or other foreign languages are an advantage
– At least 1 years working experience in the freight forwarding industry/shipping agency is a must
– Computer literate
– Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
– able to work under pressure and efficiently within time constraints
Job Description :
– Take charge of day to day operational i.e proceed orders , make booking with carrier, arrange tank survey, provide L3C/CLC and release CRO, update in house system, handle customer complaints to cargo monitoring
