EM Shoe Factory Dept Head
Job Overview :
Ensure equipment working well according to prevent maintenance, spare parts control, and rapid issue resolving, Analysis historic failure rate for arrange AM/PM scheduling, Improve equipment design from defects reducing, Machine/spare parts total list management, Reduce skill/knowledge gap by using competence assestment and training, and Devoid accident and injuries through develop an ideal working environment and culture.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Set up and managed EM strategies which aligned with company (JV) facility, ME Group Chingluh, and Chingluh Group vision’s
Responsible for supervising and leading maintenance processes, procedures, and operations
Responsible for controlling Capex, expenses and monthly maintenance budgets as well as purchasing machines for production needs to ensure not to exceed the target
Responsible for counting, controlling & monitoring asset to ensure all asset data align with Finance Dept
Leading project management preparations such as site expansion and automation, supporting the preparation of plans for adding new production lines, adding machines, changing or automating machines and layouts due to changes in articles/shoe models in the scope of work, to meet new production capacity requirements
Responsible for safety golden rules implementation and analyze the hazard risks for each machine according to ISO 45001, to ensure Occupational Health and Safety
Analyzing the performance of machine (downtime and preventive maintenance) every week to review/adjust working plan maintenance team
Supervise the need for machine spare parts and reduce the cost of spare parts by making repairs in the maintenance team
Build cooperation with related departments, for smooth operational activities and new projects in order to keep high working performance based on KPI setting
Evaluate the performance of the maintenance team, to ensure good team performance in order to keep high working performance based on KPI setting
Perform machine balancing in 1 factory, to ensure machine needs are met
Keep high confidentially of all company data/information, as part of Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Follow company program :
Comply and supervising regulations, culture and OHS (including to ensure work tools accordance standard), energy, quality and environment programs to ensure implement company management system runs smoothly.
Identify, report and review related OHS (work accident. Audit OHS and improvement), energy, quality and environment management system to ensure and improve company management system.
Requirements:
Candidates must be aware about Safety and Health and make it be their priority
Bachelor’s degree or above Major in Electrical/ Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering
At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the same position
Have knowledge’s : Machine maintenance and repair, the standard of machine tools and machine safety devices, how the machine works/operating the machine, the buildplan/production planning to prepare for model change.
Have skill’s: Mechanical and electrical, Setting production machine, Preventive Maintenance, Resolved machine issue,
Communication, Analytical thinking
Have attitude’s : Drives Collaboration, Delivers quality, Leads and influences others
Understanding vision mission company & safety policy
Understand the standards in the work area related to OHS, Energy, Quality & Environment regulations
