PT Universal Luggage Indonesia is hiring ME Supervisor to join our team in Balaraja, Tangerang.
Key Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
Having a minimum 3 years experience as Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Fluency in English (Mandarin is advantage).
Training & Licenses (relevant for this position).
Having certification in electrical safety (e.g., K3 Listrik).
Knowledge of health and safety regulations & Quality management system (SMK3, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001).
Experience in the manufacturing industry
Willing to work onsite in Balaraja, Kab. Tangerang.
Job Description:
Monitor and ensure the utility management of factory at the normal operation so that have good reliability and efficiency.
Support the business growth and production requirement of the company so that company’s strategy is achieved
Dispatch and manage manpower to operate and maintain utility management of factory based on SOP so that factory facilities are well maintained.
Provide training course for the team to increase their capabilities.
Identify systematic problems and solutions based on data-driven approaches.
Report the energy and water efficiency (monthly).
Organize each section and lead of all leaders to achieve the goal of department.
Give coaching and counseling to the team if any abnormal situation in Utility Management and team performance
Evaluate the performance to ensure the performance and professionalism elevation in order to keep high working performance.
Required to repair, adjust and systematically maintain water treatment systems, boilers, air compressors, pumps and other utility.
