1.Human Capital System Development & Improvement Staff
Responsible for developing and optimizing the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), managing employee data and payroll processes, and enhancing business efficiency through digital and process improvements.

Requirements :

2.Business Consultant
Develop networks and create channels to discover business opportunities in target markets
Oversee end-to-end sales process, which includes prospecting, identifying customer needs, negotiating prices, and managing post-sales activities
Preserve relationships with current customers and actively generate demand for our products

3.Parts & Service Sales
Identify potential clients, build networks, develop and firmly establish various channels necessary to reach the target market segments.
Responsible for providing superior personal and professional solutions to our clients.
Sells our spare parts product & services as a Sales Engineer and managing after sales activities.

Requirements :

Associate degree (D3) from all Engineering or similar majorMinimum GPA 3.00 from reputable universityEager to explore and gain knowledge about heavy equipment partsPossess solid analytical, interpersonal, customer-centric skills, teamwork aptitudes, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsSales/entrepreneurship & organization experience is a plusComputer literacy is a mustStrong interest in Sales ActivitiesWilling to be placed in all PT. 4.Environment & Security Management
Implementing environmental management and corporate security policies and systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proposing continuous improvements.
Conducting routine inspections, environmental and safety risk analyses, and developing mitigation measures to minimize impacts, incidents, and potential hazards.
Education, Reporting, and Incident Follow-up Raising employee awareness through training, coordinating incident handling, and compiling environmental and safety performance reports as a basis for evaluation and improvement.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety (K3), Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields. Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university. Good understanding of environmental management, K3, and related regulations and standards. Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks and develop effective mitigation measures Excellent communication skills for training, outreach, and cross-functional coordination Experience or internship in environmental, OSH, or safety fields is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of responsibility and integrity Proficient in English, both spoken and written

5.Japanese Key Account
Responsible for managing Japan Company customers in Indonesia by maintaining relationships, identifying business opportunities, handling complaints and negotiations, conducting market surveys, and expanding customer coverage to boost sales and market share.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Japanese Literature, International Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant majors.Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable universityStrong interest in sales, customer relations, and working with Japanese companiesGood communication and interpersonal skills, with eagerness to learn how to build professional relationships.Basic analytical thinking and willingness to explore market information.Experience in Japanese-related activities (e.g., student exchange, competition, organization) is a plus.Proficiency in Japanese language (minimum JLPT N3 preferred) and English, both spoken and written.

6.Finance Staff
Responsible for managing all aspects of invoice, credit, and collection processes, including administering customer credit limits, ensuring timely invoice distribution, conducting customer receivable collection, reviewing AR with operations, preparing monthly cash-in reports, and recording incoming payments in accordance with company procedures to support smooth operations and business goals.

7.IT Application Development

Oversee the development, enhancement, and resolution of issues related to both the front-end and back-end of non-SAP applications to efficiently support business operations.Create new applications, implement changes, resolve bugs, and addressing system issues.Provide technical guidance and ensure solutions align with user needs and organizational goals, maintaining system efficiency and reliability.

Managing employee productivity, performance, and workforce needs through workforce planning, KPI and target monitoring, performance management cycles, and preparing recommendations related to job structures, career development, and reward schemes.Managing employee capability development through competency mapping, Talent Map, Replacement Table of Candidates (RTC), Individual Development Plan (IDP), Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning path design, development evaluation, vendor management, knowledge management initiatives, and new employee orientation.Acting as a strategic Human Capital partner for the Salesforce unit by providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements :

In the role of GA Administration & Asset Management Staff, responsibilities include overseeing administrative processes for the General Affairs Department, managing procurement of company assets at head office and branches, and monitoring electrical network management at these locations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering.Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale) from a reputable university.Knowledge and interest in General Affairs, Administration, and Asset management.Experience in managing electrical network and company asset or similar responsibilities is a plus.Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal skills, and drive. 12.MT Administration Department Head

As a Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will follow an extensive development program on several functions related to our branch administrative functions.
Oversee, manage, assess, and execute standard operating procedures (SOP) related to finance, accounting, human resources, sustainability, and general affairs within our branch.
