1. Purchasing Staff
Qualifications :
Age 25-30 years old
Minimum S1 From reputable University majoring Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Economic Management, Industrial Engineering with GPA Minimum 3.00
Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing field (RMPM-Raw Material Packaging Material), but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to speak in English and Mandarin.
Can operate computer (Microsoft Office, familiar with SAP program will be an advantage)
Good personality, can work underpressure & discipline
Willing to work in Cibitung – Bekasi
2. Foreman Produksi
Qualifications :
D3/S1 Mechanical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Food Technology
Have a strong Leadership
At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (Fresh Graduate welcome to apply)
Required skill(s) : Troubleshoot, analytical thinking (continous improvement).
Able to work underpressure, high motivated & high integrity.
Have knowledge about GMP. HACCP, ISO, FSMS.
Able to work with work shift system.
Willing to work in Cibitung, Bekasi.
3. Staff Recruitment
Job Responsibilities :
Manage all Recruitment process for Non Staff – Staff Level. This position will full in charge for all process as Recruitment from Sourcing, Interview, Disscuss with user and others. This position will also supporting for Administrastion things.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree from Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
Have experience minimal 1 year as Recruitment from any industry.
Good in communication skill, detail oriented, great customer service, willing to learn, great self driven and can work independently and team.
Placement : Cibitung, Bekasi
4. Training Development Staff
Job Responsibilities :
Conduct Induction Training and orientation program for new hire
Monitor On the Job Training operator level
Create training module and material
Support for TNA process
Organize implementation training based on annual training plan
Conduct training evaluation (Kirk Patrick) level 1 – level 3
Training administration
Collaborate with related department to develop competency matrix
Conduct assessment competency
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Organizational Development, related field or equivalent experience.
At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Understand Competency Matrix/ Competency Development.
Have good knowledge about end to end training cycle.
Have knowledge about assessment center will be good point.
Able to develop syllabus and training module.
Able to deliver training well (Internal Trainer)
The ability to be highly adaptable, collaborative, and resourceful – to work as part of a team or independently.
Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively interface and collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast paced, changing environment.
Strong analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving skills.
Willing to work in Cibitung-Bekasi.
5. PPIC Staff
Job Responsibilities :
Work as a Project Leader.
Making monthly report for production performance and order fulfillment.
Scheduling and forecasting of material needed for production.
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering from Reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 3 years working experience as PPIC Staff.
Have a Good knowledge and Skills:
Computer Literacy, especially Micorosft Excel is a MUST, and Basic SAP Knowledge will be an Advantage.
Strong Leadership, Good Communication to coordinate project.
Having a good analytic, Proactive in working and Solving Problems.
Must be well-organized, detail oriented, High willingness to work.
Willing work in Cibitung, Bekasi.
6. R & D Staff
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Bertanggung jawab terhadap kegiatan development produk dan process baik aktivitas inovasi (pengembangan produk baru), renovasi formula, quality improvement, cost optimation dan trouble shooting.
Kualifikasi :
Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana (Teknologi Pangan).
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun bekerja sebagai R & D Staff (lebih disukai di Industri food beverage).
Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, mampu beradaptasi dan menjalin kerjasama dengan berbagai departemen (Produksi, Engineering, WRM).
Open mind, teliti dan detail.
Mampu berinovasi dan aktif melakukan improvement.
Memiliki Sertifikat Vaksin Covid-19 dan sudah menjalani Booster.
Bersedia di tempatkan di Cibitung, Bekasi.
7. PPIC Supervisor
Qualifications :
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering from Reputable University, with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 3-4 years working experience as PPIC Supervisor.
Have a Good knowledge and Skills: Computer Literacy, especially Micorosft Excel is a MUST, and Basic SAP Knowledge will be an Advantage.
Strong Leadership
Good Communication to coordinate project.
Having a good analytic, Proactive in working and Solving Problems.
