Maintenance Engineering Analyst
(Global Trainee Program)
The Global Trainee Program is designed to prepare future leader in Tenaris. It is a combination of classroom training, e-learning courses, job rotation, mentoring session, and practical on-the-job experience lasting 2 years.
Work Location:
This position will be placed in Cilegon – Banten, Indonesia
Requirements:
Fresh graduate up to 3 of years Job Experience, especially with Electrical/Electronic engineering background
Able to use automation control software (PLC Allen Bradley, CNC, etc.) and drawing software (AutoCAD, etc.)
Understanding of programming Software is preferable (Python, Visual Basic, etc.)
Good knowledge of basic Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
Passionate for industrial business and manufacturing environment
Good team player, proactive, eager to learn, resilience, result oriented, and always curious for improvement
Main Responsibilities:
Develops specific projects either in manufacturing areas or related technical areas.
Develops and manages a set of Key Performance Indicators to monitor and measure the area’s results.
Analyzes information and prepares different deliverables as reports and processes. Gains deep knowledge of the processes he/she is exposed to.
In-depth learning of core processes through on the job training, project assignments and training activities. Learns about Tenaris strategy, systems and processes.
Participates in the definition of the maintenance planning implementation in his/her area. Follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and that the internal/external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards.
Ensures availability of necessary materials and spare parts required to carry out on projects.
Prepares the budget of spare parts to be used performing a stock-count of spare parts, coordinating major inputs needed for repairs. Analyzes cost behavior and cost reduction options.
Analyzes machine performance in order to: identfy the causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; generate improvement opportunities and maximize its useful life.
Manages and updates the maintenance information system, keeping record of the information related to his/her area.
Defines procedures and fosters maintenance program execution to promotes improvement actions. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
Manufacturing Service Analyst
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor degree in Material Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
Minimum One year experience on either Quality or industrial process (Required)
Availability to travel 50% of time (Required)
Excellent communication skills, having proficient English level both in written and conversation
Preferably knowledge Quality Audit
Preferably knowledge in premium connections, industrial process and/or Thread production. Special processes such as phosphating, abrasive blasting, copper plating, Dopeless® Technology, stress relieving.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Excel, access, word, etc.)
Main Responsibilities:
Plans and conducts Quality Audits with focus on Tenaris Connections requirements in Tenaris units and TPLs (Third Party Licensees)
Provides Technical support also to Tenaris units & TPLs in relation to the manufacturing of Tenaris Connections (premium and semi-premium connections) including Gauges, Tooling, CNC Programming, Procedures, Forming, Drawing/IR, Quality and TLN system, as Licensor Technical Representative (LTR).
Ensures issues relating to quality for Licensee and Manufacturing Services specifically: Audits, Corrective Actions, Customer Survey, Deviation Request.
Performs assistance activity for the support of TenarisHydril premium connections including, licensee qualification, training, licensee quality audits, and licensee technical assistance.
Provides timely response to support requests in a professional and efficient manner in support of customers expectations
comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment .Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the areaof responsibility.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
