Pabrik Sikonindo berada di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Srang Banten, dengan luas sebesar 20 Hektar. Fasilitas utama yang ada di pabrik Sokinindo adalah: Stamping Workshoping, welding Worshop, Painting Workshop dan Assembling Workshop. Total kapasitas produksi maksimum pabrik Sokonindo adalh 50.000 unit pertahun, yang dapat memnuhi membutuhkan pasar local maupun mancanegara, termasuk di Asia Tenggara.

Lean Manufacturing Specialist

The Lean Manufacturing Specialist is responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across production operations in line with Lean principles. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this role focuses on reducing waste, improving process efficiency, and enhancing product quality within automotive manufacturing environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Lean or Continuous Improvement role within the automotive sector.
  • Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing metrics (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
  • Knowledge of automotive production systems (e.g., (ATF 16949, APQP, PPAP) is a plus.

Machine Maintenance

The Machine Maintenance is responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. This role ensures optimal equipment performance, downtime, supports efficient manufacturing operations by addressing mechanical, electrical, and automation-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of mechanical systems, motors, sensors, and pneumatics/hydraulics.
  • Ability to read technical manuals, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings.
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

Cost Accounting Specialist

The Cost Accounting Specialist is responsible for analyzing, tracking, and reporting all cost-related aspects of the company’s operations. This role plays a key part in supporting financial decision-making by ensuring accurate product costing, budgeting, and cost control, particularly in manufacturing or production-based environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in cost accounting or manufacturing finance (entry-level applicants with internship experience may also be considered).
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP,) is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of standard costing, inventory valuation, and cost variance analysis.

Body Design Engineer

The Body Design Engineer plays a critical role in designing, validating, and optimizing the body structure. This position ensures that welded joints meet structural, safety, and quality requirements while supporting seamless integration into high-volume automotive production.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in body design or welding process engineering in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of RSW and GMAW processes.
  • Skilled in measuring and calibrating welding fixtures and checking fixtures to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Proven experience in problem-solving issues related to body part accuracy and fixture alignment during the body assembly process.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA, autoCAD)
