PT. Sokonindo Automobile merupakan perusahaan kerjasama (joint venture) antara Sokon Group (Hongkong) Company Limited dengan PT. Kaisar Motorindo Industri dari Indonesia. Pabrik Sokonindo berada di Kawasan Industri Modern Cikande, Serang – Banten, dengan luas sebesar 20 hektar.
Fasilitas utama yang ada di pabrik Sokonindo adalah: Stamping Workshop, Welding Workshop, Painting Workshop dan Assembling Workshop. Total kapasitas produksi maksimum pabrik Sokonindo adalah 50.000 unit per tahun, yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar lokal maupun mancanegara, termasuk di Asia Tenggara.
PT. Sokonindo Automobile sedang membutuhkan kandidat untuk posisi berikut :
HSE Specialist
Task/Responsibilities :
Initiate and execution of HSE program
Keep communication with key government bodies and interacting with them to ensure complete compliance with the latest trends/processes/practices in HSE
Ensure, check and carry out monthly inspections regarding the feasibility and availability of PPE and work safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits, etc.
Routine inspection of impacts and hazards on the work carried out.
Coordinate safe work permits / work permits that have been carried out in each work unit
Troubleshooting, investigate, audit and provide input for anything less secure.
Give training about Health, Safety Environment and Cleanliness
Job Requirements :
Maximum 35 years old
Min. S1 graduate in K3 (Safety and Health) /Public Health
Min. 5 years of previous related experience, as a safety in manufacturing
Must have in-depth knowledge of occupational health safety
Have certificate: Ahli K3 Safety / Occupational safety and health – Ministry of Manpower, Fire Fighting License.
Having good knowledge and experience on environment aspect and impact analysts (Environment Risk Management), AMDAL, HSE Management System, UKL/UPL, Technical Agreement (Persetujuan Teknis/PERTEK), KLHK Emergency Preparedness and Responses related with Environment Incident
Familiar with auditing process
Proficient in English.
